This is a Grateful Heart Meditation.

Take this time to relax wherever you are in this moment.

On this day,

From here,

We start with a Grateful Heart.

Grateful for art.

Grateful for your heart.

Take a deep breath in,

Pull in through your heart,

Hold it in your mind,

Say,

I am grateful for this heart.

Say I love you to your heart.

Say I thank you to your heart.

And release out your heart,

Feeling the energy of gratitude in this moment,

In your heart.

All you need is a spark.

Ask yourself right now,

In your mind,

What are you grateful for?

Hold that thought in your mind.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

Send the grateful thought from your mind to your heart right now,

Feeling grateful in your heart and release out your heart.

Feeling good,

Feeling so grateful.

Right now,

In this moment,

Gratitude overflowing.

It's a knowing,

Keep it glowing.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it.

Feel the feeling expanding.

Feel the feeling of gratitude expanding from your heart throughout your entire body.

Feel your body overtaking and vibrating with gratitude right now.

Grace for gratitude and release to peace.

Feeling grateful for your body,

Grateful for your health,

Grateful for the energy that keeps your heart beating and everything else.
