Rising To Christ Consciousness In 2025

This is the replay of a live talk on Insight Timer of the current planetary ascension to higher consciousness in 2025 as we anchor in Christ Codes into the New Earth and shift into a higher vibration of divine love. Beena shares her intimate story about how a mysterious call to move to the sacred land of Costa Rica opened up a beautiful pathway to Jesus Christ.

My name is Veena.

I'm a yoga and meditation teacher here on Insight Timer.

I'm so thankful for this opportunity to have this conversation today and I'm also really thankful for those of you who are here and joining me on this powerful conversation because I know sometimes when we bring up things with religion and other spiritual contexts it can be really.

.

It can be uncomfortable for some people and also it just brings up a lot of different opinions and perspectives and so the real intention with today's container is I wanted this to be a space for miracles and I'll go into a little bit about that somewhere in my conversation discussion today.

I guess first I wanted to hear about what got me onto this journey,

Why I feel this is where The Collected is going.

So for those of you who have been following my journey,

I moved to Costa Rica this year and I've been going back and forth between the states and Costa Rica and it's been such a beautiful journey in my life.

I moved to Costa Rica and it was this huge vision that I had last year that I meant to move there and to start a new part of my life and you know when you have a vision that's so big and it stretches you outside of your comfort zone you're not always quick to just follow through with it and so there was a lot of mind chatter and resistance that was coming up for me and when I kept hearing the same message over and over again for six months,

Six months,

And even when I thought okay maybe I'm in the clear now I'm not really hearing it so much it started coming up again like wildfire and so eventually I took the leap of faith.

I went there and the moment I arrived for this retreat the body said yes we're home.

I felt that I was at home and it's a feeling that I have not had on a soul level for so long and so I kept following it and when I came back to the states after that retreat I thought okay maybe it was just for the retreat again it comes up so loud and these aren't just little nudges it's like going away for a vacation for my mom's birthday and it's in a totally different country and all of a sudden you see on the menu rice and beans Costa Rican style or leaving the airport hearing someone behind me talk about the exact town that I'm moving to and they're saying oh there's no sunset like a so-and-so sunset and I'm just thinking okay there's something here and so I leaned into my heart and my faith and I continued to go one step after the other not really knowing exactly what was going to unfold and when I got there it was just it has been 2024 has been one of the most beautiful amazing years of my life and I really wanted to share what unfolded for me in this mood in this transition and how I feel a lot of it was due to the guidance of Jesus Christ.

I do coaching and I've been on my own personal growth and development path since I was 19.

I've seen a psychotherapist,

I've gone to therapy,

I've gone to retreats,

You know clearing limiting beliefs,

Energy,

Work,

All these things I do them I receive them and I love them and I think these are all really valuable tools that we can have our toolkit.

However,

Something that has changed in this next evolution of my journey from last year going into where I am at now is learning that anytime I think I know the path more than God more than this higher power I actually sell myself short and so what I mean by that is sometimes on in the personal growth and development space what I found to be a pattern is that we think we know what's best for us and there's a lot of things that get marketed and and sold to us right like look at the dream reality that created this luxury wealth lifestyle all those things are beautiful I really want to acknowledge and honor that however I think there are sometimes these false expectations that are put out there and what you're what a lot of people are seeing those things that went into it and a lot of it entails doing this work around clearing limiting beliefs and you know energy healing releasing trapped emotions and again all these things are beautiful I do them too and yet in my own journey to Costa Rica there was a lot of stuff that came up for me and as I was moving through these emotions I landed in Costa Rica and a lot of things came up for me and there was a moment where I just said you know I've gone through this this work for so many years over a decade now it's like how many times I have to go back to some of the same things and open up these open up these places that want to be seen this many times and I was really going through an emotional wave and I was in this beautiful home and they had a lot of books and I'm reading different books and all these books about are about learning how to come into a space of love and I feel like this is one of all of our biggest work is learning how to navigate the different relationships in our lives can we agree with that like relationships are so much of why we're here you know connecting with ourselves connecting with other people our relationship to money to health to spirituality fate it's so much about connection and so I'm reading all these books I'm even getting like I'm feeling it I'm reading all these books about and I also just want to share this is the first time I'm sharing something like this and so I'm noticing the vulnerability in all this so I'm reading all these books on love and one book I highly recommend radical acceptance I actually reread this time for the third time and each time there's something different that I get out of it and each of these books are talking about conscious relationships and how yes even though we can learn to find unconditional love within ourselves the reality is that we are human and we are yes divine beings but we also have a human experience and that human part of us also comes with conditions and that's not necessarily wrong like we don't have to we don't have to be hard on ourselves for letting go of the conditions in order to come back to a space of love like that's that's part of having boundaries our divinity is boundless but our physical vessel needs boundaries and that's a good thing imagine someone just coming up to you say hi hello and touching your face like that isn't appropriate doesn't feel comfortable and so boundaries are healthy I feel like someone needs to hear that and then the other piece is that each of these books talked about how one of the practices they would lead people through is that whenever they were seeking love what they were seeking is God and that just expanded my mind completely and so one of the books actually gave a practice to ask to be shown in a meditation asked to be shown who this higher power who your divine beloved who God is for you and I know other people can use different names interchangeably source spirit it is whatever it is to you for me it's God so I'll be saying God and as I ask myself this question in this meditation I'm sitting out on the porch it's raining really heavily it's just like it's this beautiful scene and I'm totally surrendered because I'm so done at that point I was kind of over the personal growth and development space in that moment as I open my eyes I have this clear vision of Jesus Christ it took me many months to integrate what I felt in that moment because it was very surreal it happened really quickly what I felt in that moment was pure warmth wash over my heart and my soul he literally had his hands out like this and he said Dina I've taken care of everything so you can go on and live your life and he smiled at me and when he smiled at me it was something I genuinely felt in my body this sense of peace that is beyond all understanding that no amount of nearing limited beliefs could give me that sense that level of peace in my life and so in the next couple of months that unfolded as I'm teaching yoga and doing other things I'm noticing people coming to me for similar things but they're coming to me for is deeper understanding of their relationship with their parents and their childhood because as we all know a lot of our lives are you know they stem from what we learn in the first eight to ten years of our lives this is known even scientifically and so they say that whenever you're experiencing something in relationships whether it's romantic business partnerships so many things you can probably understand those patterns by understanding the way you were raised by your parents and it's not to be upset at our parents or you know throw all the blame on them it's just to understand why do we operate the way that we do in the world and you know how would we want to do certain things differently and doing it from a place of love rather than forcing which is this constant balance I find in my life the amount of compassion and love that I felt for myself first and foremost which I can now extend out it's this deepening I wouldn't say that I didn't have this before I've always had it I've always done the best that I could however now it's this deepening of my self-dialogue you know the things that I'm saying to myself they're more nurturing they're kinder and I feel that whenever before when someone was going through something I for anyone here who does do work in the healing space meditation yoga coaching whatever it is or maybe a nurse doctor caregiver something you know that sometimes it can lead to burnout especially when you're overextending and what I found through this light of Jesus Christ through this awakening of my heart to the these deeper states of love is that I see people in their power now so if there's something that I feel this is too much to take on I no longer feel like to do everything to help them I trust that there is so much power within that person I see them in their power and I see that they will rise to it and more often than not they do evidently they do about this in the secret rather than focusing on something that you don't want focusing on what you do want and if you see people in good health if you see them in happiness and joy that will come about in its own way so I'll take a moment to pause there to see if there are any questions and just to read a little bit on the chat box I know that was the vulnerable part of what I wanted to share right timing with that are in transcending Pisces I didn't even know that however I love synchronicity so thank you for sharing that I believe in miracles I believe every single moment holds a miracle for us this is where I see the collective going for 2025 this is not to say that people are going to convert is not what this conversation is about this is about opening our hearts and our mind to the possibility that even despite being on these beautiful paths paths of self-development which is all beautiful there's still information we just don't know and to me the more I've tried to dissect the psyche and try to understand what needs to change here what can I do to improve this we're missing out on this powerful tool which is relying on our faith and really giving it over to a higher power when you give something over to a higher power there is room for what your heart desires to come to you in a much more beautiful way the place where it gets tricky and the resistance comes up is that the mind really wants to know well how is it going to happen when is it going to happen you know how is it all going to unfold and that is not our job our job is to pray our job is to open and then let god take care of it this doesn't mean we just sit there like okay it's done like whatever no then opportunities are going to come your way the right connections and people are going to come your way there's going to be new ideas that come through that's like whoa that was really spectacular what was that and then it's your job to write about these things take the time to open up to the possibility of okay well that just landed that was new now what do i do or this connection just came into my vicinity i think this would help me so let me make that phone call let me move through this is aligned action this is a state of flow rather than forcing outcomes it's this energy of something beautiful that feels really good in your body coming through and then you saying yes to that so it is a it is a co-creation it's not just okay i let it go to a higher power then that's it yeah god will answer all your prayers but what are you going to do when those prayers are answered right it's at that quote it's like sometimes we don't know that the best thing for us is like right in front of us and that's the idea of miracle consciousness they talk about this in the course of miracles it's that miracles are already available to us they're available to us in every single moment and a lot of times when we pray when we give these ideas these visions these desires over to god it's not so much that all these things are being shifted yeah that's part of it but what happens which i find is so beautiful is that our perception changes it's like the veil gets lifted and we're able to see the thing that i prayed for it's already been here i just wasn't able to receive it because i couldn't even get my mind around it because i pictured would be something different so i feel that that message will will really land for someone because i think a lot of times what the personal growth and development space is great for is that it helps us learn more about our psyche and our mind and we do want to understand our patterns and the different ways that we operate in the world and you know how to show how to be understanding of other people and their intellect and their perception their ideas too however if we can't drop that level of awareness into our heart space and actually embody actually open ourselves to show compassion and love for ourselves then what happens is that people start operating from a place of they feel that they need to fix themselves or that they're not enough and so no matter how much they do on their personal growth and development journey it might never be enough they might get that milestone and then they're off to the next one they got the client and they're off to the next one because they can't even appreciate what they have and so what i learned with this return my own personal return and calling back to jesus christ is that i can accept and love myself exactly as i am and from this place i've just been seeing more golden opportunities coming into my life that it's like it's no longer this high and low open to it because this is bringing me more peace this is bringing me more peace and then we're compounding that peace and it's like oh my god like like do you feel that feels different both energies are different and so again it's not to say personal growth and development is wrong i'm just saying there's another way and for me this way leaning into love into my heart space and knowing that actually my life is so good right now it's actually quite amazing and extraordinary feels like a beautiful place to build on because i have more gratitude and appreciation for everything for this beautiful physical vessel for my amazing amazing health for my for my life for my home for my community for my evolving faith and spirituality and so from this place it's like the good outcomes the best outcomes keep compounding and it just gets better and better and better rather than some other ways of being which you know take people into really deep places and sometimes people don't even know how to get out of them so yeah i really want to adopt peace to land with people there's another way and it's opening up to this field of miracle consciousness and understanding that you are a miracle and that everything in this life is really interconnected and beautiful in the way that's unfolding for you in this moment even if you can't see it yet 2025 i don't know if anyone else can feel into this energy for me what i feel is that 2024 has been really it has been really a lot of clearing as well i felt that both individually and also collectively and i think this is one of the reasons i think a lot of people have been experiencing burnout those of us who are seekers it's like you're seeking and you're seeking you're seeking and then it's like you just keep going and going going and then you don't find anything and it's like now what so i think what all this was leading us towards is sometimes it's not so much about what's the next thing to do or what's the next thing to heal or clear it's actually just learning to come back into the present moment and coming back to a space of love when you're in a space of love and you're grounded in the present moment you're not really focused on what's next you're also not ruminating about the past you're literally here in the present moment and all the great spiritual teachers and masters talk about this that this is the place of your greatest power and there's a reason for that when you're here in the present moment when you come back to a space of love you know that you're enough and there is so much significance in that i generally feel that a lot of the way the world has operated is because of root core wound that's plagued people for so long which is feeling inadequate and so you know you see people on interviews the way they speak is like they're trying to prove something or relationships like you know on a first date people are talking about all the things that they've achieved and all these things if you really think about it it's it's like trying to prove yourself like oh this is why you should choose me this is why you should pick you this is why i'm perfect for this and what i'm finding is that when you act the heart space and come back to that space of love divine love that's already within you it's not something anyone can give you it's actually within you it's not anything you're getting from me it's not anything outside of you it's literally inside of you and you get to choose to allow it to come through and to receive it and feel it and amplify it now when you come from that place it's like i'm already enough i got everything i need within me it's done i can go about living my life i can do what i have to do and know that in each moment that i'm moving forward every moment is actually quite extraordinary for instance some people don't like the rain right it's like when it's a sunny day it feels so uplifted and there's some science to this too that the sun definitely affects our mood and i love the sun however when i worked with enough cancer patients years ago i remember some of them were in the hospital for like six month corset they didn't know how their treatment course was going to go or they got re-admitted and when i would have these intimate conversations with patients some of them even they were dying so some of them were just like you know vena i would really love to be able to go outside but they can't it was part of our protocol they weren't able to go outside and so i used to have this thing where i used to run a lot and um i only used to run when it was springtime or summertime because i love the sun and when i had enough patients speak to me those intimate conversations then i stopped using my ability to run outside rain or shine as an excuse and i learned to love the rain in fact costa rica has something called a rainy season and it literally just rains and pours every single day you get the sun intermittently but also it's going to rain so it's like you just kind of expect it and i learned to dance in the rain i learned to literally just spin around the rain like a little child and i felt the beauty of each droplet this is magical this is this is the water purifying me and cleansing me and then i get to bathe in the sun so it's like it's all beautiful everything has so much meaning and significance and to me that's extraordinary it's not just when i land a big gig as a public speaker it's like this moment too is quite extraordinary and if i can feel into the space every day i get to see more beauty and more love and more miracles and then it keeps compounding like for any investors out there you know that you leave your money in stock market it'll eventually it'll just keep compounding it will keep growing this is the same thing but instead of looking at from that perspective it's an energetic perspective using that power of love to amplify the beauty that's already here in your life and when you do that you will see that every area of your life just keeps getting better every single area it doesn't mean that other things can't happen that you won't have your human experience resistance won't come up no these things can happen but you keep coming back to that that state of miracle consciousness you keep coming back to that place of love within and eventually it just becomes your dominant vibration so it's like you're expecting the best outcomes you're expecting miracles you're expecting good things to happen to you every single day and that to me is very powerful because it totally shifts the way the world has been moving for centuries and i think at this point what i found both personally and among people i've worked with in my community is that burnout doesn't just happen burnout happens when you're going at something that's not meant for you or you're grinding against what your body is telling you it's like enough is enough you got to slow down many times have you created something and you forced it and you made it happen like we're powerful we can do that as people but then you get that thing you get the dream job you get that dream relationship whatever you want it and it's like you're back at it you're like this is it what else and it becomes a hamster wheel and what i found with giving it over to a higher power with really trusting in jesus christ working with me where he drew me is that everything i need is already here and it's here because i'm already whole from deep within and so i feel grateful for my life every day i feel grateful for every encounter every interaction even this live everyone who's joining in like i feel really grateful that you took time out of your day to spend this time with me and to be open to the sharing to me this is a miracle because we're doing it from all over the world and i'm feeling that and as i'm feeling this i can feel i can feel my vibration go up i can feel the serenity and the beauty and the magic of this because we could have been in so many different places at this time at this moment in time we could have been anywhere else and we're right here listening to this and being in the presence of one another even though it is technology it is energetically it's still very powerful can you feel that can you feel how different that feels how to know what we truly want not derived from senses emotions or even mind okay that is a beautiful question and this is what i would inquire you to delve into this is what comes up for me when i think i know exactly what i want i've been able to create beautiful things and sometimes it brings the temporary temporary fulfillment but not the kind of fulfillment that's more long-lasting that i feel has been coming through me since this return to jesus christ and so what i've been doing more and more is you want to hear the magic word it's prayer so now when i get an idea i pray to god and i ask god is this what you would want me to do is this how you would want me to serve god to help me discern what is coming from the mind versus what he would want me to do so that could be something that you implement also i find that when i'm in meditation and i give myself space to let the idea or desire marinate usually i'll know i wouldn't spend too long at it because sometimes it's like that energy of indecisiveness and then it just goes away but sitting with yourself in prayer in meditation and you know asking yourself is this really an idea that wants to come through me or is it the ego trying to push something and then you'll know usually when it comes from the ego it feels forced it feels urgent feels like it has to happen now and when it comes from god i just i feel like patience isn't even a word because it just feels so perfect in its own timing it doesn't feel like you're waiting it just feels like you'll just know and then you just keep going about your life and that idea like my move to costa rica just kept coming to me i just knew it was from god because that wasn't if i if i had to move out of country that wasn't the country that i would have chosen i just knew that so it kept coming through me it kept coming through me and was so calm it was like you're moving to costa rica you're moving to costa rica and you know the resistance comes up it's like but why you know i want to know so that's what i would inquire you to sit with it spend time in nature and feel it in your body when it comes from a more intuitive place when it comes from from god it feels like your heart is coming alive and you're you don't try to rush it it just feels like there's knowing like yes you're meant to do this does god reply to prayers how to read the signs or how to interpret that message response manipulating to see something as a sign or is it really god responding to our prayers so this is what i would say this is what comes through for me ask god to make it really clear for you that's it just ask god if this is coming straight from you i want to hear it straight from you and make it clear that this is what you want for me this is where i'm being led when it comes from this higher power it's actually deeper it's so much deeper like you really feel it in your heart and it's not this quick hit it's long lasting it's this thing like something is really opening up for me right now and it's it's this relationship it's this relationship with god that it's not just a one hit and then you're done you're off to the next thing right it's this like i speak to god every day and i generally feel that as i continue to build on this relationship which has been lifelong it's just deepened this year is that we're in constant communication and now it's no longer seeking what i just have like oh i have this i have this prayer it's like i'm living from the place of actually my prayers are answered if i live from that place of my and my prayers are answered that i am god's answered prayers it's like i trust i trust more i trust that what these ideas our brain botany are from god and also i'll know that when the ideas are not from god i'll be called to slow down or those ideas won't pan out i trust them too i trust what doesn't go to fruition i trust what does move forward i hope that helped you what kind of meditation do i do um i just it's just i just meditate with quiet sometimes i use insight timer app with different meditation if i needed to but at this point especially having spent so much time in nature i just literally just just ask myself to be purified to be cleansed of all my thoughts and i just sit with myself and take deep breaths and i think that's really powerful because if you're overthinking or you're doing a lot sometimes just taking deep breaths and just coming back into body is just so powerful thing and really really surrendering to this idea that god wants something for me he will make it crystal clear i feel it in my body i think that's what it is it feels like a soul resonance it just feels more like i feel this like this feels really right for me and i i'm feeling the nudge to move forward for it but again i've been on this journey for a really long time and so my path is going to look different from your path i feel that one of the best things that we can do when we don't know and we're trying to understand is literally just sit in prayer and just speak to god you know these are the concerns i have i want to be able to discern what is coming straight from you versus what i might be putting out there as this is a sign for me and when we do that like you'll receive the guidance that you need i don't know how that's going to look like for you or when it's going to come to you but i trust that oh well i'm curious has anyone else also felt this calling like there has to be something else out there or there's something shifting on this planet has anyone else felt that yeah a lot of people are feeling this and i also feel that a lot of people not a lot but some people are afraid to speak to this because you know let's just be real i grew up in a catholic school and also hindu faith and going between church and temples we're taught so many different ideologies you know like judging people the day of judgment shaming guilt for you know whatever it is being a woman dressing a certain way all these other things so i know that a lot of people have a lot of resistance to talk about religious topics my thing is i personally do consider myself religious i'll share that and spiritual however this was not the intention for this the intention for this is whatever comes up for you even if it's like an invitation or initiation you're like hey i'm interested now let it just be whatever it wants to be this is not about putting a label on like okay i'm spiritual now or i'm religious now it's not about that come back to the idea of faith what does faith look like for you i think that when more people come back to this idea of faith we'll see less burnout in the world because instead of trying to get something and just keep doing doing you'll lean into more of how could i be more and not necessarily be something but be who you are that that is probably one of the number one things i have uncovered within myself since feeling the presence of jesus christ so much more strongly in my life is that i was exactly who i need to be this whole time those things i prayed for they already came into my life it's like i see them and because i can see them it's like wow i can slow down and be with the fact that i am the woman that i wanted to be even a year ago for anyone who did anyone join in on my five day live last december it was actually around this time i did like a five day manifestation series where we did clearing letting go forgiveness and then you know creating the life that we wanted it was actually so i want to thank anyone who did come to that because that was such a powerful part of my journey it was literally just a few weeks before i moved to costa rica and so that was really meaningful for me too and some of the things i can see the recordings like i can actually go back to these lives and look at how i presented and how i spoke and i looked at one of them recently and i just thought this is so wild because some of the things i talked about actually came true thank you so much like wow these things came to life and so i feel like this is coming through and we know this from scripture we know this from a lot of you know a lot of sages and spiritual teachers it's not the power of the voice you know for those who are keeping track of astrology we've shifted into the age of aquarius and we're going to see a lot more expression come through a lot more people wanting to be creative to express their creativity their voice their medicine their gifts their god-given gifts and we have the power to speak life over people which is why before i join in on this live before and i honor this part of me too as part of my learning my evolution before i used to go into the lives and whatever happened i would go with the energy and now i actually ask god to come through like more regularly i used to do that before too but now i do it more regularly and i ask god to come through and to help keep the container as uplifted and positive as possible because it's not toxic positivity like oh we're just gonna forget about the other things it's not that it's that when we can continue to rise and open ourselves to this field of miracle consciousness it's like you keep ascending into the light and you feel more peace and you just keep making this your dominant vibration that other people when they come into your vicinity they automatically feel that and they start rising with you and to me that is ultimately when i feel this return to christ consciousness to unity consciousness to this oneness in humanity for all because as more of us are speaking positive blessings over our lives over the lives of humanity over everyone we encounter i pray for that for all of you each and every one of you i can't see your face but i pray for so many blessings in your life every day i pray that you know that you are a blessing that you are god's answered prayer really you are that when you know this you can easily shift your perception at any given moment so no matter what is happening you know that nothing inherently has meaning you give it meaning and you see that miracles are available to you in every single moment because you are the miracle and so i'm gonna leave it there i pray for blessings over every single one of your lives and i pray that you know what a blessing you are already and that from this place you get to impact the world from a place of love which is what humanity needs right now
