Welcome to this inner child healing and transformation meditation that I have created in order to help you on your path of powerful and beautiful growth and evolution.

The reason I felt called to create this meditation is because so much of the work I have done both internally within myself as well as with a lot of my own clients and students is really helping to create a stable and beautiful foundation to allow the inner child to know that he or she is seen,

Heard,

Felt,

And understood.

These are basic needs that every human being on this planet has and so much of that has been neglected in childhood for many different reasons.

And so many people think that because a lot of these life-altering events happen in childhood,

It's not possible to go back in time and to heal this aspect of their lives.

But this is actually false because we can use this beautiful method that I've adopted both for my own practice as well as some of my own mentors and guides on the path which is doing this deeper work of tending to our inner child.

And so when we allow ourselves to invite in a younger version of ourself in any given moment,

Whether it's in a moment that we're really activated in or triggered by a situation,

By a conflict,

Or just feeling really emotional,

Or even bringing our inner child during those moments when we feel ecstatic and happy and really blissed out,

It would serve us to know that as we bring our inner child into that moment consciously,

That part of us does feel seen,

Heard,

Felt,

And understood instantly just by us bringing our conscious awareness to that younger version of us.

This work is so powerful that it has allowed me to forgive and accept many different people in my life.

It's allowed me to open up more challenging conversations with more ease and grace,

A lot more compassion,

And it's because I was able to foster that sense of compassion and love and acceptance for myself.

Because you will find that as you do this work and commit to it and try to make it a daily practice,

Which I do encourage you to do,

Is that you feel more alive,

You feel more vibrant,

You feel more sensitive to your heart,

Honoring all the different emotions you feel,

And giving your inner child whatever he or she is asking for.

And by doing that you start to witness your childlike innocence,

The part of you that isn't jaded,

The part of you that is still widely open to divine magic and miracles,

To synchronicities,

To quote-unquote coincidences,

Which you know are not coincidences,

But in actuality a beautiful gift from the universe showing you that you are on the right path,

That you are seen,

That you are held and supported,

That you are immensely blessed.

And when you get to that place you can also see the childlike innocence in others,

Even those that you may feel triggered by and you may even recognize them to be your greatest teachers,

Because whatever is being triggered within you is being awakened for you to be present with it,

To listen,

To heal,

To up-level,

And to transmute all the emotions that are coming up into wisdom,

Into power,

Into purpose.

And as you do that you start to feel more and more whole in your body.

So today's practice is really an invitation for you to be present with whatever shows up.

You're not looking and probing to force anything to come up,

You're simply inviting and allowing whatever wants to come up to come up.

And sometimes you may be surprised with whatever age version of you comes up.

It could even be you in your mother's womb and in the womb as a fetus.

And my advice is to just trust whatever is coming up for you,

Knowing that you are being led to see it for a reason,

And being the silent observer.

So take a deep breath,

Inhaling in through the nose,

Exhaling out through the mouth.

Doing that two more times at your own pace.

Maybe placing one hand on your heart,

Bringing your awareness into your beautiful heart space,

Knowing that when you place even one hand on the heart,

It brings a powerful signal into the body that you're awakening this part of you,

Thus giving yourself permission to feel.

I love to say the heart has all the answers,

So trust in the guidance that is now coming through.

Noticing any sensations,

Any feelings,

Any emotions that are arising without any judgment or criticism.

Just be,

And allow.

Let it be a momentary glimpse into something deeper that wants to reveal itself to you.

And as you continue to breathe deeply,

Ask yourself what part of you wants to be seen in this moment?

How old is she?

Or he?

What is this version of you doing?

Are they crying?

Are they throwing a tantrum?

Are they playing around?

Are they just sad and mute?

Are they unable to tell you how they feel,

Or what they are feeling in this exact moment?

Notice the event.

Notice other people that may also be in the scene.

And let your inner child know you are not forcing him or her to speak anything until he or she is ready.

That all you are doing is being here with them in this moment,

With a soft,

Gentle,

And tender presence.

And let them know that you are here to honor their feelings and needs.

If there was any form of neglect,

Whether abandonment,

Rejection,

Betrayal,

Feelings of unworthiness,

Not feeling enough,

Or lovable,

That all of their feelings are valid,

And that you are going to provide for their every need from this moment on.

And that you are also in charge.

Tenderly take your inner child into your arms,

Without force,

But through gentle nudging,

A gentle invitation.

Notice if there's any resistance on their part.

And if there is,

Just let it be.

Sending them love through the heart,

From your heart to their heart.

And if they are beautifully wrapped up in your arms,

Hold them and hug them tight,

And let them hold them and hug them tight,

And let them know that you love your inner child so much.

And all you want to do is make sure he or she is happy,

Loved,

And thriving,

Knowing that he or she is deeply loved and supported,

Seen,

Heard,

Felt,

And understood by you.

And if there's ever a moment that you didn't listen,

Or you weren't present to the feelings and needs that were being brought up in that moment,

Gently apologize,

And let them know that you are also doing the best that you can.

Receive their forgiveness,

And send compassion from your heart to theirs.

Notice the healing that is taking place.

Maybe your inner child is smiling.

Maybe your inner child is dancing.

Maybe your inner child is crying.

Just be.

All of it is perfect.

All of it is welcome.

You are now building a beautiful relationship with your inner child,

Letting her know it is safe to feel,

It is safe to express,

It is safe to ask for her needs to be met,

And it is safe for her to trust that her needs are met,

For them to be delivered on,

That she receives all that she desires with ease,

Grace,

And flow,

Because it is her divine birthright.

Continue to experience all the feelings and sensations that are coming up for you,

And then imagine your inner child,

And remember that this could also be an inner teenager,

Or an inner young adult,

Or an inner fetus.

All of it is perfect and welcome.

Just imagine that whoever you have envisioned,

Whoever was brought up to your conscious awareness in this moment,

Is now really small,

Pocket-sized almost,

And take them gently with your hand and place them in this beautiful portal in your heart,

Where they know and trust that every moment you are tuning in to their feelings and their needs,

Making sure to speak up when they want to be heard,

Making sure to see them when they want your presence,

Assuring them that you are leading him or her into healthier territories with beautiful loving boundaries,

And allowing love to lead the way.

In every moment realigning to the frequency of love,

Joy,

And peace,

And abundance,

You may notice a softening in your body as you receive these beautiful healing codes that will continue to transform any illusions,

Any barriers within your heart that prevented you from opening up to deeper states of self-love,

Of your divinity,

Peace,

Your freedom,

Your fulfillment,

True fulfillment in every sense of the word.

You can open your eyes slowly to enter back into the space with a more awakened heart,

A more nourished inner child,

And a realignment to the truth of who you are,

A whole and complete being.
