Ambient Music
In today's session, The Wong Janice will introduce you to the power of ambient music when it comes to our mood, mindset and mental health. Ambient music is a form of instrumental music that accentuates texture, tone, mood, and atmosphere. It moves away from formal melodies and set rhythms, instead creating waves from oral textures. The aim of this session is to allow the music to bring you into a deep state of relaxation, creating space for the mind to wander and open up to new possibilities.
