I am glad we will be starting our day together.
First,
I will be sharing a little bit about my morning routine before we start with the 10 gratitude affirmations with cello.
Mornings are crucial for setting my day's mood and therefore it's important for me to start my morning as positively as possible.
Part of my morning ritual is to raise my positive vibration and that's through gratitude affirmations which we are going to practice together today.
The music I have chosen for this practice is my composition for the Heart Chakra which aligns perfectly with the theme of gratitude.
In the next 10 minutes I will give you 10 prompts,
Each one repeated twice,
For you to repeat quietly to yourself or aloud while the music plays in the background.
Really listen to the words and feel them as you say them.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,
Gently close your eyes and let's begin.
