Take a slow deep breath in and let it all go.

Breath in and let it all go.
Bring yourself here,
Fully.
No distractions,
No avoidance.
Just you and this moment.
Notice who you've been being.
The thoughts you return to.
The habits that keep repeating.
The version of you that says,
I'll start tomorrow or I'm not ready yet.
Or this is just who I am.
Pause.
That version of you is not fixed.
It's practiced.
Take a breath and feel the separation.
You are not your patterns.
You are not your past decisions.
You are not the identity you've been unconsciously rehearsing.
You are the one choosing right now.
Now bring to mind the version of you you are becoming.
The one who is done negotiating with her own potential.
The one who follows through.
Who trusts herself.
Who moves differently.
Not perfect,
But intentional.
Steady.
Self-led.
Now don't just picture her.
Step into her.
Feel it in your body.
Your posture.
Your breath.
Your energy.
How would she carry herself into today?
Let your body adjust.
Even slightly.
That's where identity begins to shift.
Now repeat slowly to yourself.
I am no longer waiting to become her.
I am choosing her.
I trust myself to follow through.
I move with intention.
I do not return to who I've outgrown.
Let that land.
This version of you is not something you find.
It's something you decide.
In your thoughts.
In your reactions.
In your choices today.
And you will be given opportunities to either return to what's familiar or move as her.
That is the work.
