Welcome.

This guided meditation invites you to gently meet the part of yourself that still holds resentment.

Rather than trying to release anything before it's ready,

You'll be guided into a compassionate inner space where this part can be witnessed,

Honored,

And held with tenderness.

This practice supports slow,

Authentic healing and helps you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Let's begin.

Allow yourself to arrive.

Settling into stillness.

Allow the breath to flow naturally.

Let your body soften into the support beneath you.

And invite your awareness to expand spaciously through the heart.

There is nothing to control.

Nothing to force.

Only presence.

Sense the warmth of your breath moving in and moving out.

With each exhale,

Imagine yourself stepping more fully into your inner sanctuary.

A place where the soul is allowed to be exactly as it is.

Feel yourself entering a field of compassion.

A field held by something larger than you.

Perhaps the divine,

Spirit,

Source,

Your guides,

Or simply the great intelligence of the heart.

Today,

We are not trying to release anything before it's time.

Instead,

We're turning toward the part of you that still holds resentment.

The part that clings tightly because it doesn't yet feel safe to let go.

This meditation is not about pushing this part away.

It's about meeting it.

Now bring your awareness to the part of you that holds this resentment.

You don't need to see it clearly.

Merely sense its presence.

It may appear as a energetic knot within your field.

Move toward it gently.

As though approaching a child who has carried something heavy for a very long time.

You are not here to pry anything loose.

You are only here to witness.

Let your awareness rest softly around this part.

If it wants to show you something,

Allow it.

If it remains quiet,

Honor that too.

Sense the spiritual intelligence surrounding you.

A luminous presence.

A compassionate witness.

Guiding you to see this part with tenderness.

This part holds resentment because it believes it must.

Because it once needed to.

Feel the ancient wisdom in that.

The way every emotion has once served a purpose in the soul's journey.

Let a wave of compassion rise from the deeper layers of your being and gently envelop this holding part.

Feel a soft radiance expanding around the resentment.

The light does not push.

It simply illuminates.

And in that illumination,

The holding part is no longer alone.

Like a hand resting over yours.

Letting you know that you are supported in this slow unfolding.

Allow just a little more room inside the heart.

A breath's worth of space.

That is enough.

Remind yourself,

Healing happens at my pace.

Letting go isn't a single moment.

It's a gentle unfolding.

Trust your timing.

Trust your inner wisdom.

Nothing about you is wrong.

Take a long,

Soft breath in and let it fall out gently.

Sense the presence of spirit still surrounding you.

Cradling both of you and the part of you that has been holding on.

When you feel ready,

Return to your physical surroundings.

Carrying with you the knowing that you can revisit this sacred space whenever your heart calls for it.

Powerfully healing, beautifully delivered with a graceful, ambient fadeout at end. 10/10.
