Music Welcome to this guided meditation.

Find a comfortable position now,

Either seated or reclining,

In a place where you will not be interrupted.

We will be starting this exercise using a numeric association method that will help you to relax into a deeper and more mindful state of consciousness.

Gently close your eyes now.

You are going to take a deep breath in,

And while slowly exhaling,

Mentally repeat and visualize the number 3,

Three times.

Now you are going to take another deep breath,

And while exhaling,

Mentally repeat and visualize the number 2,

Three times.

And now,

Take one more deep breath,

And while slowly exhaling,

Mentally repeat and visualize the number 1,

Three times.

You are now entering a more basic level of your consciousness that you are using for any purpose you desire.

Know that you are safe within these deeper realms of your mind,

And that there are great health benefits and general well-being that may be derived from engaging in this practice.

This is a natural,

Safe,

And healthful endeavor from which many great benefits may be had.

To help you to enter an even deeper and healthier state of your consciousness,

I am going to count from 10 to 1.

On each descending number,

You will feel yourself going deeper into a healthier,

More relaxed,

And more aware state of being.

10,

9,

8,

7,

Feel yourself releasing and going deeper.

6,

5,

Deeper as you release.

4,

3,

Deeper and deeper.

2,

1.

You are now deeper within your consciousness,

Much deeper than before.

This is a very healthy state of awareness of your consciousness.

You may enter an even deeper,

Healthier level of mind now by simply relaxing all of the muscles around your eyes.

Allow yourself to relax.

Relax your eyes.

Feel how relaxed they are.

Allow this feeling of relaxation to slowly and intentionally flow downward throughout your entire body,

All the way down to your fingertips and your toes.

Sense what a wonderful feeling it is to be so deeply relaxed.

Enjoy this feeling of your physical relaxation.

This is a very healthy state of being in many ways.

To help you again enter an even deeper and healthier level of consciousness,

I am going to count from 1 to 3 and cause the sound of a small bell.

At that moment you will project yourself into your ideal place of conscious relaxation.

I will then stop talking to you and when you next hear my voice,

My voice at that time will not startle you.

You will simply take another deep breath,

Relax,

And allow yourself to go even deeper.

Relax.

Project yourself consciously into your ideal place of relaxation until you hear my voice again.

Relax and go deeper.

The primary difference between a genius mentality and the average mentality is that the genius uses more of the mind and uses it in a special manner.

You are now learning to use your mind and to use it in a special manner.

The following are beneficial statements that you may mentally repeat while at these levels of consciousness.

In your silence,

Try repeating mentally after me.

I have full control and complete dominion over all of my sensing faculties at this level of my consciousness.

My positive thoughts bring me benefits and advantages that I desire.

Positive images that I hold in consciousness bring me benefits and advantages that I desire.

Every day,

In some way,

I am getting better,

Better and better.

Within this state resides my greatest freedom.

This is my freedom.

This is where my truth resides.

From this place,

I can engage the love that I desire for all things.

From this place,

I can engage and expand the love that I have for myself.

It is this love that fuels my immune system that will provide my perfect body health.

I release all that is not to be loved now.

From within love comes my greatest prosperity.

I am feeling love.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

Relax now and allow yourself to engage the feeling of gratitude.

Feel gratitude for this moment and this experience.

Feel gratitude for the many positive accomplishments of your life.

Allow yourself also to feel gratitude for the lessons that you have learned from the perceived negative experiences of your life.

As you have learned the lessons that they have had to offer you,

Feel gratitude for your awareness of them and the fact that you never have to repeat them again.

Feel gratitude.

Allow yourself now to look at your dream life,

The perfect life,

Your fantasy,

Your fantasy life.

What would it look like?

Who would you be?

How would it feel?

How would it feel to be that person that you would be in your fantasy life?

Look at that.

Feel that.

Allow that fantasy.

Feel it.

Know that as you see it and as you feel it,

You are manifesting it into your reality.

This is your conscious creatorship.

Feel your dream.

Allow your dream.

And feel it.

Allow this dream to be as bright and as real as you can.

Feel it intensely.

And feel the gratitude that you will feel when it's true.

Feel that joy,

That blissful joy and gratitude that you will feel when you are living your true dream life.

Allow your dream to be as bright and as real as you can.

Feel it intensely.

And allow the feeling of gratitude now that you will know when feeling it then.

This is a key element in the conscious creatorship of all of your dreams and desires.

Take your time.

Imagine.

Dream.

And feel.

Be within your dream.

Feel gratitude for the feeling of your own manifestation if only within this dream.

This is your creatorship.

Isn't it wonderful?

What a beautiful place.

What a wonderful existence.

How wonderful to be able to create a life of your own design.

Experience your accomplishments now and the wonderful feelings that come from such accomplishments.

Feel them now.

This is yours.

Today.

Allow yourself to expect great things to happen today.

Allow yourself to expect great things.

Know that every time you engage these levels of your consciousness,

You are receiving beneficial effects both physically and mentally.

You may use these levels of consciousness to help yourself physically and mentally.

Know that these levels of your consciousness respond best to that which is true and virtuous.

This is uniquely yours and it is with you and available to you at all times.

This is your mind.

This is uniquely yours and it is with you and available to you at all times.

Know that as you engage this level of your consciousness,

With more practice and more awareness,

That you will become better at making use of it.

To your advantage and to the advantage of all.

For with this awareness,

You may more effectively take part in the constructive and creative process to make this a better world to live in.

Both in the present as well as in the future.

So that when you move on from this life,

You will have left behind a better world for those who follow.

Consider for a moment.

You have your place within this.

You are developing a greater understanding,

Compassion and patience for and with others,

For and with yourself.

Allow yourself to feel gratitude for this understanding that you are strengthening as you practice this level of awareness.

For this is your perfect,

Beautiful,

True self.

Come to an awareness of your breath.

In a moment,

I'm going to count from one to five and cause a bell tone once again.

At the moment of the tone,

You will open your eyes.

You will be awake.

You will be feeling a new and deeper awareness of yourself,

Of your goals and aspirations,

And of the world and others that surround you now.

Breathe in more deeply now.

Deeply breathe in.

At the end of count five,

You will open your eyes.

Be wide awake with full awareness of all of this experience.

One.

Two.

Slowly coming back now.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

May this exercise have served you well,

And may this service be that which you keep within you and that you share with others throughout this day and throughout your life.
