Good morning.

It's time to awaken now from these internal realities that you've been creating all through the night.

Wake up.

It's time to engage these external realities that you've been creating for all this life experience.

Good morning.

Your wit will soon come back up to speed.

Your interest will slowly broaden.

So look around.

Engage what is,

And go forth into the other dream of being.

Yes.

Congratulations.

Sincerely.

Congratulations.

It's another day.

Another day to be.

Another experience awaits you as you allow its unfolding and accept its gifts to be had and to enjoy.

This place is the now.

The now is all.

And this is yours.

Enjoy this awareness.

Embrace this awareness today.

For this is your truth.

Feel the air around you.

Look at the colors and the shapes before you.

Breathe.

Breathe and feel this.

This is you.

The perfect you that you are.

Simply feel the love of your being.

For right now,

Take a moment to release your perceived problems.

Look at the perfection that is,

That is all around you.

This incredibly fragile universe in all of its perfection,

Working in perfect harmony.

This is.

Now look at this incredible body that you have.

Your mobility is amazing.

Today,

Love every step that you take.

And from fingers to toes,

Feel that which is at your command today and love the fact of it and what it brings to you.

So many sensations and experience,

If only by virtue of place,

But within that,

So much more.

Allow your mind to come back to this now.

Allow your mind to come to you.

To the fact of you,

The idea of you and your experience of you.

The experience of your life.

Know that experience.

Know this incredible consciousness that you identify as I.

What miracle is this?

The experience of being.

You are this and you are this today.

And this is your day.

Follow with this today.

Be who and what you are today.

For you are the perfection of experience and the observation of that.

The past is experienced and it's gone as yesterday,

Leaving a memory to know.

The future isn't unfolding yet to be known.

The now is all of this and none.

Change is the only constant.

You are this and the awareness of this.

You are.

Today,

You are this.

Today is your day.

Know this.

Feel this as deeply as you can allow.

Wake up now.

It's time to be.
