Part 2 — The Subtle Trap Of Wanting Results
by Sangjae Lee
This session continues by exploring a subtle movement that often shapes meditation — the desire for results. It may appear as a quiet question: “Is this working?” or “When will something change?” Rather than trying to remove this movement, you are invited to see it clearly and allow it to remain as it is. Nothing needs to be corrected or resolved. As long as there is a movement toward something, attention leans away from what is already here. When that movement softens on its own, a different quality begins to open — not through effort, but through the absence of interference. This session is especially supportive for those who feel caught in expectation, progress, or trying to make meditation work. Please note: This session is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
