In this practice,
We will direct healing energy to the heart center through breath,
Visualization,
And affirmations.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Bring all your awareness to your breath.
Notice how your body moves with each inhale and exhale,
Slow and gentle.
Feel your chest and stomach expand as you breathe in,
And relax as you breathe out.
Now,
Begin to take longer,
Deeper breaths.
Inhale through your nose,
Letting your chest and belly expand fully.
Exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing tension and letting go of any heaviness.
Continue breathing deeply and naturally,
Finding a steady rhythm.
Bring your attention to your heart center,
In the middle of your chest.
Visualize a radiant green light glowing brightly here,
The light of your heart chakra.
With each inhale,
Feel this light becoming stronger and warmer.
With each exhale,
Let it expand through your chest,
Filling you with healing energy.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine drawing in love,
Compassion,
And kindness from the universe.
With each exhale,
Release resentment,
Anger,
Or pain.
Let go of emotions that no longer serve you.
Now,
Visualize your heart chakra as a lotus flower,
Gently unfolding its petals in the warmth of the sun.
With every breath,
The flower opens more fully,
Inviting love,
Joy,
And harmony into your life.
Bring your awareness to any tension or blockage around the heart,
Without judgment.
Breathe compassion and acceptance into that space.
Visualize the green healing light melting away barriers,
Allowing your heart's energy to flow freely.
Now,
Repeat silently in your mind these affirmations.
My heart is open and receptive to love.
I am worthy of receiving love unconditionally.
I forgive myself and others.
I am at peace with myself.
My heart is open and receptive to love.
I am worthy of receiving love unconditionally.

Allow these words to sink deeply into your heart,
Strengthening and balancing your heart chakra.
Take a few moments to rest in the warmth and radiance of this green light.
Feel gratitude for the love.

When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Take a final deep breath and gently open your eyes.
