We're going to move through our water element and this is really to help release stagnation from the body.
We move through repetitive fluid movements to release that stagnation and to get the energy flowing around your body.
So we'll introduce you to the Saluda signature move and we do this in all of our classes to really start flowing that energy.
So whether you're standing or kneeling,
We're going to come down,
Place your palms up,
Reach up,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Palms down,
Hinge back from the hips,
Rise up,
Reach up,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Sink,
We rise,
Breathe in,
Exhale.
Now just moving with your breath.
If you are standing up on your feet,
It might feel good to come up onto your tippy toes as you reach up,
Taking that full body stretch.

So this one's a very special one to us because it's all around Saluda and Sol meaning sun and Luna being moon and the Sol part is the rising and the breathing in which is all about the yang energy and that yin energy is the Luna which means moon.
So we've got both of these different energies,
Yin and yang,
Masculine,
Feminine,
Coming together to balance out the body,
The breath,
The mind and the spirit.
It's a really nice one for when you have just lots more balance and focus in your life,
Maybe a few things happen in the day,
Maybe you're feeling a bit overwhelmed,
This one can really bring you that peace of mind.
I'm going to start to slow it down.
Night for night,
So let out a sigh instead of your breath out.
And just take one more scoop and rise.
And then take your hands down by your hips,
Shake it off.
And then hopefully you walk into the rest of your day feeling a little lighter,
A little more flowing and dynamic and releasing all of that tension.
