
Shake Off ~ Release Rigidity
This is one of the most joyful practices in the Soluna Studio library, and one of the most effective. There is no performance here, no perfect form. Your invitation to move, to release, to be silly and to let your body do what it already knows how to do. Anna and Gracie guide you through a progressive shake that begins gently at the extremities - fingers, hands, feet - and builds gradually into a full-body release. This practice sits within our Water element, honouring the quality of flow over rigidity, softness over strain. The invitation is to move from held and braced to loose and free. Put on a song that makes you want to move. Let it be fun and playful!
