Hello,
Everyone.
So you might have watched the how to manifest video,
Which is a really good one to start before you do this one,
Which is a manifestation meditation.
Now this video will be a visualization technique.
That can really help you manifest your goals.
Wherever you are,
Just get comfortable.
Maybe you're sitting down,
Maybe you're lying down,
Maybe you're.
.
.
Sitting like me.
Just resting your hands down onto your knees or your lap.
Closing down your gaze.
Meeting your breath where it's at.
Noticing the in-breath in through your nose.
Maybe that out-breath is coming through your mouth.
Settling down into your space.
It's really nice to feel calm,
To feel connected,
To feel relaxed.
While we're doing this technique together today.
Sorry.
Aren't you two?
Think of a goal.
Or something you want to manifest.
In your mind's eye.
And I want you to imagine yourself.
Achieving.
That's saying.
Doing that thing.
Being present in the moment.
What are you wearing?
As you're doing this.
As you're achieving this goal of yours.
Who are you with?
Where are you?
Are you outside?
Are you inside?
Are you in a certain area?
Are you sitting down?
Are you standing up?
What sounds can you hear?
Around you.
What can you smell?
Are you touching anything?
Be holding anything.
Are you looking around or are you looking at one particular thing?
I just started singing.
The feelings.
That you get.
When you are achieving this manifestation.
Abbeyfield.
Really excited and thrilled.
Maybe you feel supported.
Happy.
Calm or at pace.
Ever feeling that's coming up for you.
Just placing your hand.
On your belly.
The other hand on your heart.
Really breathing into that feeling.
Every breath in.
And every breath out.
Repeating these affirmations after me.
I am calm.
I am loved.
I am supporters.
I am capable of anything.
I'm proud of myself.
My opportunities are unlimited.
Keep visualizing yourself in this goal.
While those words land for you.
Nice work.
And dropping your hands down.
To your side.
Taking a breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Really holding on to that feeling that you've created in your body.
And bring it into the rest of your day.
