Hey,
Welcome to this guided meditation for strengthening our spiritual skeleton.
So this one is a good one for my marble fans out there in which we were going to use the universal healing energy to build or strengthen or create our Wolverine adamantium skeleton.
So we're going to begin by taking a couple deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Bringing ourself into the present moment,
Releasing anything that doesn't serve us.
So every breathing in,
Healing,
Calm,
Power,
Energy,
Breathing out,
Anything that doesn't serve us,
Anything that tells us we are not strong,
We're not powerful,
Because the reality is we are infinite powerful beings in these bodies,
And our programming can sometimes tell us that we're not.
And so let's use just a few minutes to bring in that universal energy to show us that we are indeed powerful and strong and eternal beings.
So the next breath in,
We're kind of going to do something a little different is that we're going to bring in that guide energy through our feet and simultaneously bringing in that universal energy through our crown,
And we're going to meet in the middle in our heart.
So the next breath,
We're breathing in from our feet,
Pulling up into our legs,
Up to our knees,
And then from our top,
We're bringing in that energy through our crown and into our third eye and throat,
Breathing that in,
Breathing out,
Resistance,
Breathing out,
I can't,
Breathing out,
I shouldn't,
Breathing out,
That's not for me,
And as that energy comes up our legs,
Just imagine it coating our skeletons,
Coating the bones in our feet,
Coating the bones in our ankles and shins and thighs,
Moving up into our body,
Just coating us with this spiritual protection and power,
Strengthening our resolve,
Strengthening our ability to face anything that comes our way.
Next breath,
Breathing from those,
Again,
Up through our feet,
Past our knees into our thighs and pubic area,
Those big,
Thick thigh bones getting coated with that spiritual power and energy,
Making us able to withstand and stand up to anything that comes our way,
From the top end of our crown,
Bringing that into the top of our chest and down our arms,
That energy flowing down our arms,
Just coating our arms with that spiritual protection,
That spiritual strength,
That spiritual power,
Basically,
We're turning into a wolverine here,
A spiritual wolverine.
The next breath,
We're going to bring that energy from the earth into our solar plexus area and sacral area and those organs and stomach and lower back,
Breathing all that,
Coating our ribcage,
Bringing that strength and power,
Coating all of our ribs,
Making our ribs breakable,
Bringing that into our heart and just beginning to fill our heart with that spiritual power,
Spiritual connection,
Spiritual strength.
Each breath,
Bringing that in,
Each breath,
Releasing anything that doesn't serve us,
That's leaving our body,
That's leaving through our breath,
That's leaving through our aura.
Again,
Now we're in the next breath,
Bringing that in from our crown down into the top of our chest and then meeting both of these energies,
Meeting and swirling in our heart,
Each breath increasing that,
The earth energy flowing up into our head,
The cosmic universal energy flowing down into our feet,
Kind of the two energies created in bonding that strength on our bones,
Bringing in that spiritual protection,
That spiritual strength.
Taking another couple of deep breaths,
Feeling strong,
Feeling powerful,
Feeling the eternalness,
Feeling the connection to the divine,
Feeling our connection to the planet,
Anchoring in that feeling of strength,
Setting the intention that that energy and that overlay that's been put on our bones stays with us for the rest of our days and is there to protect us and service whatever is needed.
Take another couple more deep breaths,
Giving gratitude for this life,
Giving gratitude for the time to listen to this meditation group,
Giving gratitude for the opportunity to face the challenges and contrasts that we face as humans on this planet.

Anchoring it in,
