Welcome to your centering and grounding practice.

This is an opportunity for you to carve out time and reconnect to your inner landscape by tapping into how you're feeling and meeting yourself there.

I invite you to take a comfortable seat or lie down.

Make any adjustments you need to feel comfortable and settled into this space.

Pay attention to your breath.

Notice what moves when you breathe in and embrace gravity as you breathe out.

Take a deep inhale.

Now exhale.

We gain a sense of a rise and fall as we sink up to our breath.

Breathe in to all that touches the earth and feel yourself supported.

Notice how the exhale helps you ground down,

Relaxing the jaw,

Hands and shoulders.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Imagine in your own way your breath is cultivating a loving energy of light which starts in your heart space.

With every inhale you see this energy grow and with every exhale you move this energy around your body.

Notice if this energy has a color.

How does it feel?

How does it move?

This energy is your life force manifested by your innate goodness.

You are innately good.

Take a deep inhale in and exhale out.

If you find yourself drifting into the sea of thoughts or feelings this is perfectly normal.

Your thoughts are a reminder of what you might need.

So invite a gentleness when you observe them.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

With every inhale feel this energy expand and grow from your heart space meeting the edges of your body.

With every exhale watch this energy flow through your body bringing light,

Love and kindness to each cell.

Watch how it radiates through you.

If you notice any areas which feel stuck or dark breathe into these spaces with a conscious loving breath and watch the energy permeate with this energetic light.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

You are in the process of self soothing giving yourself the love and intention you deserve.

You are radiating a loving energy made up exclusively of the wonder that is you.

Breathe in and watch this energy expand.

Exhale and see it circulate around your body radiating and meeting the edges and then emanating from your skin.

You are glowing now radiating your unique light cultivated from your breath and heart space.

Feel yourself immersed in this energy connected to your own life force and to your center.

I invite you to bring one hand to your heart space and the other to your belly.

With a loving awareness breathe into these two areas.

Realizing how your hand moves with every inhale and exhale.

With your inhale invite this energy back into your body and with your exhale move this loving energy back to your torso.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

See your energy coming home to you.

Back to the space behind your hand.

Feel this energy giving you a new sense of grounding,

Peace and possibly joy.

Anytime you need to harness this energy flow I invite you to place your hands on your heart space and belly and use your breath to expand and move this energy to any area that needs your light.

Now take three final conscious breaths.

And when you're ready slowly flutter your eyelids open taking in the space around you.

Take a moment here to notice how you feel and with your hands placed on your heart and belly in your lap or by your sides repeat after me.

I am grounded.

I'm connected.

I am light.
