In this short meditation we look at "being home" in your life, your body, your relationships, and your work. Imagine the idea of being home as a metaphor for being comfortable and fully present for yourself. This process will guide you to explore each of these areas. You may find that you are beautifully "home" with your life, but maybe not so much in your body.
