So I want you just to take a moment and allow yourself to be fully,
Fully present in your body right this moment,
Imagining you can shut off the mind,
The chatter,
The thoughts of what you've got to do today or what happened recently,
And just imagine you can just like,
Nope,
Do that later.
So bringing your awareness of yourself right here,
Right now,
Just taking a few deep breaths and see if you can inhabit your body even more fully.
I want you to feel kind of the edges of your body and notice how you're feeling in your body today.
Is there fatigue?
Is there energy?
Is there a need?
Is there something that you're not giving your body?
So just take a moment and just tune in and just ask from the body,
What is it that you need?
There's no judging,
No censoring,
Just,
Okay,
Anything else?
What would be so supportive of your body?
Beautiful.
And again,
We're just receiving information.
We don't have to put plans around it or you don't have to feel bad if you perhaps have been a little neglectful.
So it's just,
Thank you,
Thank you for sharing.
So now take a deep breath and I want you to imagine you can put your hand on your heart and just feel that heart center in you.
And imagine you can tap into the beautiful love,
The beautiful you that is in there,
That beautiful heart.
And I want you to notice it.
This heart of you that has so much potential,
So much capacity,
What's it like?
It might be wide open and ready to just blow out love,
Or it might be weary.
It might have been hurt or battered.
So I want you to put your energy and your attention on your heart space and just say,
Show me,
Show me where you're at and what you need today.
And it's okay if you are shown some sadness or grief or pain,
Because sometimes we just need to witness.
Sometimes we just need to say,
Ah,
Yeah,
I see you there,
I see you there,
And it's okay.
Taking a deep breath and know that you can always circle back on any of these visualization pieces and you can journal more.
You can circle back and ask the questions and go even more deeply.
So one final pause with the heart energy is to ask if I could give you one thing in this moment,
What would it be?
Now I want you to go to your third eye area.
You can put your awareness there,
You can touch it if that would make it more real.
And I want you just to notice,
Is it open and receptive and seeing all?
Or is it a little fuzzy or perhaps has it even gone offline because you don't want to see what you don't want to see?
And each of those are just totally fine.
So just notice it.
Notice the qualities of it.
You can ask,
What is it that you need from me today?
Again,
Holding no judgment,
No need to get into big action or sense of shame.
Just ask,
Witness,
Be in the honorance of where it is.
And if there's anything you can supply in this moment,
Do that now.
Beautiful,
Taking a deep breath.
The final piece is I want you to imagine you could connect with the soul of you.
The expression of you,
The soul of you.
What do you notice when you tap in there?
And what's it asking of you?
I want you to hear it without fear,
Without judgment.
And just say,
Whoa,
Okay,
Okay.
You could ask it,
What's next?
You could pose a specific challenge to it and say,
What about this?
I just want you to trust and know that you have answers in places that you're not even looking.
So tuning in to the soul of the beautiful person that you are is often a way to quickly get some wisdom.
Taking one more deep breath.
Bring yourself back down into your body.
Maybe wiggle your toes,
Move your head around,
Pinch your fists a little bit.
And what do you notice now?
Is there more of you in you?
You might feel more grounded or more at peace or more whole.
And that's my hope for today.
So taking another deep breath.
Knowing that you can repeat this any time.
