The beauty of intentions is that they grow from the heart, from within each of us. They reflect an inner truth and inner wisdom, rather than external pressures and influences. This meditation takes you on a journey to discover powerful intentions for your life. We begin by centering and relaxing, using the breath to arrive at the present moment. We then move into a reflection of the recent past, which helps lead us to intentions that honor our truest selves. Although designed as a practice for the New Year, this meditation can be nourishing for any season of new beginnings.
