Good morning,

Today is going to be a good day.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Let your body rest gently,

Whether you're seated or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Now,

Let's begin by noticing the breath.

Breathe in,

Two,

Three,

And breathe out,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe in deeply,

And slowly let it go.

Feel your breath flowing naturally,

Steadily,

And calmly,

And repeat.

As you breathe,

Notice how your body begins to relax.

With each inhale,

Imagine breathing in peace.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing any tension.

Breathe in,

Two,

Three,

And breathe out,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

Let your mind settle into this moment.

Now repeat silently to yourself,

I am a good person.

I am whole.

I am grateful.

I am at peace.

Again,

Let these words flow with your breath.

Breathe in,

I am a good person.

Breathe out,

I am whole.

Breathe in,

I am grateful.

Breathe out,

I am at peace.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Gently bring it back to your breath and your affirmations.

Remember that life is wonderful.

Nature in all its beauty is a miracle.

Notice how these words make you feel.

Imagine them filling you with warmth,

Strength,

And light.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Focus on your breath and sounds that you hear,

On the melody that is playing.

Take a moment to picture your day unfolding with ease,

With calm,

And with purpose.

See yourself moving through it with effectiveness and with kindness and a smile.

Know that you carry within you everything you need to make today a good day.

Now take three slow,

Deep breaths.

Breathe in deeply,

And breathe out completely.

Again,

Breathe in peace,

And breathe out tension.

One more time,

Breathe in light,

And breathe out love.

Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Notice the surface supporting you.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take this final thought with you.
