Maria O'Hara

Maria is a trained psychologist, with a Masters degree in Mindfulness in the Context of Health and Investigation, and she is qualified as an MBSR teacher through Brown University. For Maria, the immersion of mindfulness has had major positive effects in all aspects of her life. This experience combined with her academic background led Maria to found the MIBA Method, bridging psychology and psycho-education with Mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety and promote health and wellbeing.
