Let's begin in a comfortable position. You can begin seated or lying down, Whatever feels the most comfortable to you in this moment. As you drop into this moment, I invite you to show yourself some compassion and gratitude for taking this precious time for yourself. Your mind may wander over the next seven minutes, And that's okay. Practice is to bring yourself back to the present moment by focusing your attention back to the sounds of the bowls over and over again until it becomes second nature. Bring your awareness back to your breath and your physical body. Give yourself some words of thanks for showing up for you and allowing yourself to take some much-needed space away from the noise of everyday life.
