Welcome to the Hot Girl Manifestation walking meditation.

Landing here in this moment.

Take a deep breath with me now.

And release.

Letting go any tension of the day.

Letting yourself step forward.

One step,

Two step.

Letting your body find its natural rhythm.

Just lean in to this moment and land here.

Taking a look around.

Noticing the weather.

The temperature of the day.

The smell in the air.

Any sounds that you might see.

And just let yourself be here relaxed as you continue to make your way forward.

Thank yourself for coming to this practice today.

Thank yourself for every step you put into this.

You could have just chosen to sit on the sofa.

But today you are choosing you.

This moment is a gift.

And I'm so happy to share this space with you.

As we continue to walk,

You can let your body relax even more and more and more.

Understand that the very act of walking itself is bilateral stimulation.

Meaning we are taking turns stimulating one half of our body and then the other.

The very idea of EMDR therapy stemmed from simply going for a walk.

So it's really exciting that you can do this anytime you like.

Even if the weather isn't that great,

You can just walk around your room or your apartment.

But that simple walking mechanism is going to help you feel more calm.

And feel more aligned with your manifestation goal.

And now I want you to bring up something that you have been working on manifesting.

Something big,

Something small.

Doesn't matter what it is,

Just bring it up to your attention right now.

And let yourself feel that desire.

Where did this desire come from?

Where did you first learn to feel this desire to the goal?

Just notice what comes up to your brain,

Knowing that there are no right or wrong answers here.

And now I'm going to ask you,

What do you think has prevented you from manifesting this thing in the past?

Many of us tend to have the same manifestation goals over weeks,

Months,

Years.

Because we are too afraid to look deeper than the surface.

But it is so important for you to notice your own thought patterns and negative beliefs around what it is that you want to manifest.

So just notice what's coming up for you right now.

What kind of thoughts or patterns have been blocking your success with this thing?

For many of us,

We feel undeserving,

We feel unworthy for a variety of reasons.

So just get curious about your unique story,

About your unique patterns,

And about your unique limiting gifts.

It is this kind of shadow work that lets you truly transform.

So don't fight what's coming up.

Let yourself lean into it.

Hold on to that feeling,

That negativity,

Just for a moment.

Just let yourself feel that.

Whether that's fear,

Shame,

Anger.

Understand that this is just an emotion in your body.

And notice how you have given it permission to come up and feel it.

But as soon as you feel it,

It is beginning to weaken and go away.

Because all human emotions are just brief sensations in our body.

And as you keep walking and breathing,

The strength,

The intensity,

And the darkness of this emotion is going to start to dissipate.

So I want you to give it permission now,

Just to let it go.

Like yes,

I felt angry,

Or sad,

Or confused.

But now I'm safe,

And I'm letting it go.

And just keep walking here for a moment.

You can visualize this intense emotion,

Or this negativity,

Exiting out of your body.

Down through your legs to your feet.

Down through your arms and out your fingertips.

Just imagine releasing and letting go.

As you continue to walk and breathe.

Okay,

From here,

If you feel like it,

If you're not feeling like you're being watched or judged by anybody right now,

You can give your hands a good flick as a final measure of letting that tension go.

Letting that negativity go.

Okay?

You can try shaking one hand and then the other.

But just really imagine letting it go.

Okay,

From here,

I invite you to direct your attention back to your goal.

And I want you to see that goal as clearly as you can in your mind's eye.

Imagining yourself being in that moment where it is real and realized.

It has already happened.

You are already there.

You have already worked through whatever it was holding you back.

And you are standing there,

Feeling happy,

Fulfilled,

Proud of yourself.

Let those feelings come up now,

Just for a moment.

Is it a feeling of relief?

Confidence?

Joy?

Breathe into that here.

Give yourself permission to claim this.

I am deserving of this manifestation.

I am deserving of feeling these feelings.

I feel these feelings now.

And you can just mentally list off any of the feelings that might have come up for you.

Joy?

Confidence?

Freedom?

Whatever that is.

Give yourself permission to really feel it and experience it.

Breathing it in.

Letting your nervous system feel calm here.

This is not some crazy out of reach goal.

It is just who you are.

It is just part of your reality.

Breathing in again and releasing.

Letting yourself land here physically.

Letting your nervous system catch up.

Many times we are secretly sabotaging ourselves because our nervous system does not feel regulated with where we want to be.

So let yourself imagine those feelings.

See that visualization.

Give into that dream as if it were real and happening right now.

And let your body align.

Let your nervous system build capacity here.

Build a new sense of calm here in the space of having.

From here,

I want you to just ask yourself,

What are the things I needed to do to create this change?

What are the things that I made happen in order to manifest this goal?

And just let your mind wander here for a moment.

Understanding that time has no beginning and no end.

You are already there in another dimension.

And if you can lift the veil of linear time for just a moment.

You can tap into wisdom from that version of you that already has exactly what you want.

So let's just open this space now.

Ask the question that you need to ask.

And let's just listen for a response.

As we continue to breathe.

Holding this beautiful energy in our body.

As we continue to walk one foot after the other.

Listening from your mind space,

Your heart space.

Listening through your whole body.

While we're here,

You can also ask your guides for a little extra guidance.

Guides,

What do I need to hear from you today?

What do I need to hear from you in order to manifest this goal?

Listening intuitively without judgment.

Just letting that word or sentence pop into your brain.

Pop into your heart space or however you receive intuition.

Just be open and listening here.

Okay,

And now let's thank the channel.

Thank the guidance that came through.

Thank your spirit guides for any information or wisdom or even a feeling that they might have brought you today.

Bringing your attention back now into your body as we continue to breathe and walk.

Coming slowly back out of the realm of the spiritual and back into the realm of the physical.

Knowing you have done such deep,

Powerful,

Transformative work with yourself today.

Thank yourself for showing up physically,

Mentally,

Spiritually.

Giving yourself permission now to take everything that you have learned here today and apply it in your life today,

This month,

This year.

You are capable of creating the most magnificent changes in your life.

It's just a matter of breaking our existing pattern and creating space for what we really want.
