You may start this meditation either sitting in a chair or laying comfortably flat on your back.
If you're sitting in a chair,
Keep your feet flat to the ground,
Legs uncrossed.
For all of you,
You can gently turn your hands up to the sky to indicate an openness to receive knowledge.
Gently now flutter your eyes till they're closed and start to draw your attention in to your breath.
Gently inhaling now,

2,
3,
4,
5,
And exhale,
1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
And inhale,
And exhale.
And one more time,
Gently drawing in as much breath as you can,
Letting your stomach fill up with air,
Expanding your lungs.
Inhale,
Inhale until you can't.
Inhale anymore.
And then gently let it go.
Keep your attention on your breathing as you return to a more relaxed and centered breathing pattern.
Today we are going to go on a journey into your subconscious mind.
Begin by walking down a long,
Dark hallway.
Walk your way along the hallway until you get to the door at the very end.
The door is in front of you now.
So take your hand and open it and step through to the other side.

3.
Now we are in a space where your manifestation intention has become real.
So I want you to pause here and look around you.
Take it all in.
What do you see?
What do you feel?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
Take it all in right now.
And know that this is meant to be yours.
Know that simply desiring your intention means it's safe for you to claim it.
The more you can connect to this havingness energy,
The more clear your belief is in your intention.
Remember now that the scene we are looking at is not pretend.
Remember now that all time exists in one single moment.
Know now that all you need to do in order to call in your dream is to keep focusing on this moment.
And keep your eyes and ears open for the guidance you are being given for your journey.
Know that your intention does not make you any better or worse than the person you are right now.
Look around again and just realize that it's just a part of the fabric of your reality.
How does it feel to experience your intention?
What emotions are you experiencing?
There's nothing in the world that you cannot do,
Be,
Or have if you truly put your mind to it.
I want you to know that the universe is working with you.
I want you to bring your attention now to saying thank you,
To letting the gratitude bubble up from deep inside of you and radiate out into the world like a golden beam of light.
Softly breathing,
Deeply knowing that your intention is already here.
There's no more wishing,
No more hustling,
No more micromanaging.
Just intense gratitude that you and the universe have created this beautiful moment.
And now the time has come to come back.
So turn back around behind you and open the door back to the dark hallway.
Open the door and step through.
One,
Two,
Three.
Now gently walk or float back down the dark hallway until you find yourself back.
In your body,
Still breathing gently.
Bring your attention in now to the way your body feels sitting in the chair or laying on the bed.
Start to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your nose.
Roll your shoulders back,
Roll your neck from side to side.
If you're laying down,
You may now come up gently to a seated position.
Now bring your hands together in front of your heart and say it with me out loud.
