Welcome to this heart,
Womb,
Breath meditation where we are going to connect all the love from our hearts and then link up,
Sync up our heart and our womb.
I invite you to get comfortable sitting up straight,
The spine is straight,
Your hands are relaxed on your lap and your eyes are closed.
Taking a deep breath in and a slow breath out,
Another deep breath in and with the out breath feel all the tension flowing down from your head and shoulders,
Down your arms,
Into your hands,
Flowing out through your hands,
Another deep breath in and now with the out breath feeling all the tension from your back and torso and hips flowing down into your legs,
Into your feet and out through your feet.
Relaxing your breathing now,
I invite you now to bring both hands up to your heart space,
To the centre of your chest where your energetic heart resides.
Really focusing on that area now behind your hands,
Starting to breathe into that space,
Breathing in to your chest,
Into your emotional heart.
And as you do this become aware of a memory,
A memory that fills your heart overflowing with the feeling of love.
This can be a person,
It can be a place,
It can be an animal,
Anything that fills your heart with complete and utter love.
And as you breathe into this emotional heart space behind your hands,
Start to fan the flames of this loving feeling,
This vibration.
So with each and every breath you're taking you are just growing and growing this feeling more and more.
Don't close your heart from old hurts,
Open your heart,
Breathe into that loving memory and expand that feeling across your whole chest.
How does it feel,
Is it warm,
Is it tingly,
Does it have a colour?
Each breath this feeling is just growing brighter and brighter and stronger and stronger and filling your entire chest with each breath.
And now gently bringing one of your hands down to your womb space which is just above your pubic bone.
And on the inhale now we're going to bring that loving feeling down from your heart into your womb space and then on the exhale breathing that loving feeling back up to the heart.
Connecting your heart space with your womb space and connecting your womb space with your heart space.
Connect your womb with that feeling in your heart,
That energy of unconditional love.
Breathing that unconditional love from your heart to your womb and from your womb to your heart.
Connecting with your heart and connecting with your womb and as that loving energy keeps entering your womb space feel it fill your sacred womb with unconditional love.
See that space behind your hand light up with the radiance of your unconditional love.
As it fills that entire area of your womb,
Every nook and cranny with this light,
This vibration of love.
And just continuing to breathe now down from heart to womb and back up from womb to heart.
Just continue with this breath.
Now we are complete with this beautiful nourishing heart womb breath.
I invite you to bring both hands up now to prayer position and just in that prayer position taking three more deep breaths in and out.
Giving gratitude to your beautiful heart and your beautiful womb and your magnificent female body.
Slowly now relaxing your hands and gently opening your eyes and coming back to the room.
