In this meditation, we build up our own Love Light and beam it outwards.

Our planet is currently reeling from the energies of polarity, confusion, fear, and war. Many of us are asking the question, 'What can I do to help? How could little old me make a difference?'

You don't need huge resources; you can start right where you are, through the powerful process of sharing your own loving light.
We are light beings, and building up our Love Light and sharing it with others is a beautiful reciprocal process.
