Slowly closing down the eyes and allowing your body to rest noticing as the breath slowly moves in and out fully surrendering to this moment as the world around you simply drops away bring your awareness to your body and noticing how each part of your body becomes more relaxed as if a wave of ease washes over you so smoothly from the tip of your crown washing over and down your forehead now softening and relaxing over your eyes your nose your ears and cheeks down over your mouth and the back of your head over your chin and your jaw as every muscle in your face completely lets go feeling any tension simply melt away so relaxed and this wave of ease continues down your neck washing over your collarbone and shoulders pouring over you and down your shoulders your back your chest your upper arms all surrendering completely over your elbows your ribs all the way down down your back and your forearms your wrists your hands and each finger just letting go moving down over your stomach as you take a deep breath in and exhale out any tension allowing your stomach to soften completely so relaxed and this wave of ease continues to move down completely down your back rolling over your hips softening down pouring down your thighs all the way down to your knees over and down your shins and calves to your ankles or your feet full gracefully to the side all the way down over your toes and the bottom of your feet until your entire body is fully encapsulated in this wave of ease so relaxed so completely softened and surrendered to this moment letting go of anything that is other than now all that you've been carrying all that is yet to come none of it needing your attention none of it needing you to be other than where you are completely immersed in this moment you may relax fully here and as you sit or lay the world around you may continue to move and yet nothing is truly happening outside of where you are outside of when you are and you feel the complete ease of knowing only place you need to be the only thing you need to be doing is to simply be here now in this moment everything is taken care of continues to be moving blood effortlessly taking care of you the air continues to move in and out of your lungs you are receiving everything that you need in this moment and not because you are forcing it to be so not because you are doing anything other than being you are so completely held so taken care of the energy of all that is is working completely in your favor and so you may soften even deeper into allowing and receiving in this moment of being all obstacles limitations anything that you may buy as blocking you from being on your path all of it dissolved completely there is nothing in your way because there is only you here in this moment and with this sense of utter peace and relief you can trust deeply that everything is taken care of everything is working out for you and you may take this moment of silence of stillness to open your heart to tune into your internal awareness and receive exactly what it is that you are needing wanting and desiring now and with the wisdom of your inner being undeniably delivering everything that you need physically mentally emotionally energetically you take a deep breath in to fully receive what is for you and as this peace as this knowing radiates through your body through your being you begin to bring your awareness back to this moment back to the sounds that you hear in the room that you sit or lay within the sounds you hear outside of that room you bring your awareness to your breath noticing how it flows effortlessly in and out of your body bringing your awareness to your fingers and toes hands and feet and becoming aware of any way in which your body desires to move and stretch as it so gently brings you back into this moment giving yourself the grace to rise without rush completely free to take all the time in the space that you need and when you feel ready completely in your own time you may open your eyes and greet this new moment
