Welcome to the Healing Light Meditation.
Take a moment to go within.
Check in within your body and your soul.
Be present.
Be still.
Breathe.
Breathe deeply and evenly in through your nose and out through your mouth.
I want you to sit in a space of acceptance.
Acceptance that all is as it should be.
Everything is unfolding as it should be.
Accept where you are and know you can move,
Shift and change at any time.
But right now you must anchor into what is.
Feel deeply.
Acknowledge it all.
The pain,
The hurt,
The let downs,
The traumas.
Feel deeper into who you are,
Where you are and all the emotions you've been pushing deep down inside of you.
It's time to release them.
It's time to acknowledge them and feel them deeply.
Allow the energy to rise up within you.
Allow it to bubble and overflow outside of you.
You may feel like you want to cry.
Allow those tears to flow.
Allow those emotions to be released.
There's no need to harbor these emotions anymore.
I want you to imagine these feelings overflowing out of your body and your being.
Imagine them flowing out and into the earth.
Deep down into the center of the earth.
They continue to flow until they meet with the crystalline energy in the core of the earth.
Here in this space they are transmuted and transformed into healing,
Pure white light.
Allow the energy of this pure white light to wash over you.
All of the trauma,
The pain,
The anguish.
It's being transformed.
It's becoming pure healing white light and you can see it expand.
The white light expands and grows,
Making its way out from the core of the earth.
You can feel the warmth of this energy expanding.
You can feel the healing qualities as it expands and makes its way through the earth.
It heals all in its path.
The energy continues to expand until it now encapsulates you in the entire earth.
In its beautiful white healing energy.
You can feel the change taking place within you.
All of the darkness is transforming into light.
This pure white light radiates from within you and out to everyone else across this land.
You created this magic.
You're healing the earth.
You're healing yourself.
You're healing everyone around you.
I want you to sit in this space of purity and feel the warmth of the healing white light within you.
Know that you have the power to transmit and transform anything you desire.
You will always hold that power.
