
Peace And Calm Guided Meditation
Let this soothing meditation guide you into a natural state of deep relaxation. This meditation can be used day or night and is excellent for stress reduction, sleep, and overall health and well-being.
Transcript
I would like for you to just begin by taking a few moments to allow yourself to get nice and comfortable either sitting or lying down.
Allowing your body to become deeply relaxed.
And start off by taking in a nice,
Slow,
Deep and full breath.
Holding that breath for a moment.
And then allowing yourself to exhale slowly and completely.
Good.
And do that once more,
Taking in another deep and relaxing breath.
Holding it momentarily.
And then allowing yourself to breathe it out.
Good.
As you continue to focus in on your breath and relaxation,
I would like for you to begin drawing your attention to the very top of your head.
Just begin by focusing all of your attention right to the very top of your head.
And begin to allow yourself to imagine that there is a ball of light that is hovering right above your head.
And imagining that this wonderful colored light can be any color that you choose.
Knowing whichever color you choose to select represents a very peaceful and very relaxing color to you.
And choosing to imagine that this light above your head is now beginning to spread down upon your body.
Imagining first that it is beginning to pour down upon the top of your head.
Relaxing the top of your head as that colorful light is now spreading down through your face.
Starting to relax your forehead,
Behind your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
And even your jaw are now feeling completely relaxed.
And you allow yourself to sink even deeper,
Even more comfortable now.
Very good.
And imagining that that wonderful feeling of relaxation is now beginning to fall upon your shoulders,
Sinking all the way down into your shoulders.
As it does,
It melts away any tension,
Any discomfort that you are once holding in your shoulders.
Very good.
And as you continue to allow your shoulders to drop and relax,
You imagine that that wonderful feeling begins to spread all the way down your arms.
All the way down your arms and all the way down through to your fingertips,
Allowing yourself to feel so completely,
So comfortably relaxed.
And imagining now that that colorful light is beginning to fall upon your chest.
Finding that you allow yourself to sink even further,
Even deeper into relaxation with each and every breath that you take and each and every sound of my voice.
Sinking even deeper into relaxation with each and every sound of my voice.
And any outside noises that you may or may not become aware of will simply help you to relax even more.
Only the sound of my voice and relaxation is important right now.
And now you imagine that calming sensation completely relaxing your stomach and your hips.
As you continue to just let go and allow this colorful lighted energy to spread throughout and relax your entire body,
Relaxing every cell,
Every organ,
Every part of you.
As you sink even deeper and even deeper down.
Very good.
And now imagining that pleasant feeling as it spreads from your hips and all the way down your legs.
All the way down to the very tips of your toes.
And as you take in a couple more deep relaxing full breaths,
You allow your body from the very top of your head all the way down to the very bottoms of your feet to feel so comfortably,
To feel so completely relaxed,
Allowing you to just float away,
Floating away into complete serenity and relaxation.
And as you continue to relax even more,
It becomes very easy for you to use your imagination.
As you relax even more,
It also becomes very easy for you to focus in on those things that are most important to you at this time.
It becomes very easy for you to focus in on those things that are most important to you at this time.
I would like for you to use your imagination now.
Begin to now imagine yourself in a very special place.
Begin to imagine yourself in a very special place.
And this environment is the most peaceful,
Calming,
And serene place that you could ever create.
This may be a real place that maybe you've been to before,
Or maybe you haven't,
Or maybe you are just creating this scene in your imagination and it is perfectly fine.
Allow yourself to begin to become aware of all of the details of this environment,
Including all of the sights,
All of the sounds,
And all of the calming and relaxing sensations that are unique to this place.
This will be your special sanctuary of peace,
Calm,
And relaxation.
And I will be silent for the next few moments to allow yourself to gather all of the details of this relaxing environment.
And continuing to imagine this special place,
Imagining your place of relaxation,
And begin to imagine that you are looking up at the sky.
The sky is so clear,
Bright,
And blue.
It's a wonderful day and the temperature is exactly the way that you like it.
As you continue to look at the sky above,
You begin to notice the large,
White,
Fluffy clouds.
And these white clouds are various shapes and sizes that seem to just float lazily by.
You begin to imagine what these clouds would feel like.
As you continue to focus your attention on the clouds,
You begin to allow yourself to sink even deeper into comfort,
Even deeper into relaxation.
And you begin to imagine what if you could touch those clouds.
In fact,
You begin to realize that each one of those clouds contains a thought or even a tension in your body or your mind.
And that you can choose to allow yourself to sink into complete and ultimate relaxation by choosing to push away those thoughts contained within those clouds.
In just a moment,
I want you to release any tension,
Any unwanted thoughts or distractions.
And you will do so by pushing the clouds away as they count from 10 down to 1.
By the time you reach the number 1,
All of the clouds will disappear.
And with each descending number,
Your level of relaxation will double.
I want that to happen and allow that to happen.
10 Feeling so calm,
So comfortable and so relaxed.
Just beginning to feel a gentle,
Easy breeze.
9 As you sink deeper and deeper,
You allow this breeze to help you relax and to help you push these clouds away.
8 And 7 Just washing the clouds beginning to drift away.
These clouds are drifting farther and farther away.
9 6 5 You begin to feel the breeze increasing as the clouds are drifting farther and farther.
And you are also letting go of any thoughts,
Any tension in your body.
9 10 11 Even deeper relaxed.
3 Clouds are continuing to disappear more and more as the sky is growing clearer and clearer.
2 You are getting even closer to complete comfort,
To complete relaxation.
1 All the way down as the sky is now clear,
Bright and blue.
And your mind is just as clear as the sky,
Enjoying this clarity and allowing yourself to relax even deeper down.
And you soon begin to allow these feelings of calm,
Peace and relaxation that you are feeling now to begin to spread throughout this special place that you are imagining.
Allowing yourself in this beautiful environment and allowing your sanctuary to become your symbol of calm,
Peace and relaxation.
And allow yourself the next few moments to explore your sanctuary,
Noticing as you do that you also allow yourself to grow more and more relaxed.
A peaceful relaxation that allows you to feel so good and fills you to capacity with happiness and fulfillment.
Try to focus in on this place that you are creating in your imagination,
The sanctuary that allows you to remain completely peaceful,
Completely relaxed,
Calm and capable of handling any situation that comes your way.
Because it is here at your special place that you are able to radiate love and positivity that protects you from any form of stress and allows you to meet every challenge with complete confidence and strength.
Allowing you to feel completely capable of managing and handling any situation that may come your way in a very healthy and very positive way.
And this place is yours to keep because you have created this place.
And anytime that you find you are in a situation where you are seeking peace and calm,
You simply will repeat in your mind,
Peace and calm.
And by using that phrase,
You will immediately think of your sanctuary.
And instantaneously,
You allow yourself to feel peace,
Calm and relaxation surrounding you completely.
Moving forward,
Each and every time you think the words peace and calm,
You allow all of the feelings of peace,
Calm and relaxation to grow stronger and stronger.
And you will allow this to continue from today on for as long as you choose to allow it.
Because starting today,
You are determined and committed to living life in a more healthy and more positive way.
Free from stress and negativity that was once limiting your happiness and consuming and controlling your thoughts.
As you continue to walk through and enjoy your sanctuary,
You will repeat after me.
Peace and calm.
Allowing yourself to become more and more peaceful.
Peace and calm.
As you feel yourself enjoying the increasing calmness more and more and more.
Peace and calm.
As you allow your relaxation to deepen,
Feeling yourself growing even more positive.
You completely immense yourself in the serenity of this special place.
And you know that you can enjoy this peace and calm and the serene environment that you created at any time you wish.
From now on,
You feel more in control of your life.
From now on,
You recognize that you are completely capable of handling any situation that may come your way.
And that you do so with complete confidence and ease.
Moving forward,
You feel empowered.
You feel more peaceful and more positive.
And things that used to stress you out or weigh you down or cause disruption or negative feelings in your life are now gone because all of that negativity has been replaced with an overwhelming positive sensation of peace and calm in your life.

You are getting better and better.
You relax easily,
You sleep deeply and soundly throughout the night.
Your mindset is more positive every day.
And things that used to cause turmoil and stress in your life are now gone.
You are at ease.
You love yourself.

You love yourself completely and unconditionally.
All negativity is a thing from the past.
You are now noticing positive and permanent changes happening.
And you are accepting of these positive changes into your life.
You are reminded that you can always enjoy the same level of peace and calm at any time you wish.
Moving forward,
You allow yourself to feel more in control of all aspects of your life.
And in just a moment,
I will begin to count you back.
And as I do,
Each number,
You allow yourself to feel more alert and more energized with feelings of well-being and positivity.
Feeling hopeful,

Feeling as though your eyes have been bathed in cooling,

You allow yourself to feel more in control of all aspects of your life.
