Transcript
I would like for you to just begin by allowing your body to get nice and comfortable,
Nice and relaxed.
And just start by taking in three or four nice deep and relaxing breaths.
Good.
Using each breath that you take to just guide you into feeling more and more relaxed.
And as you continue to just focus in on your breath,
I would like for you to begin using your imagination.
Begin now by imagining yourself in a small boat or maybe a canoe.
A small boat or canoe that is just flowing gently down a crystal clear stream.
Allow yourself to become aware of all of your surroundings,
All of the sights in this environment and this experience.
Noticing the cool,
Crisp air.
Noticing the soothing sounds of the stream as you continue to float ever so gently along.
It's such a peaceful,
Such a positive experience.
You are just floating and just drifting along,
Going with the current,
Going with the flow and completely trusting with wherever your boat is going.
Good.
Imagining now that your body begins to sink down into the soft,
Supportive cushions within this boat.
And it feels so good to feel this safe,
To feel this supported,
To just let go.
Sinking deeper and even deeper into those cushions.
Going with the current,
Going with the flow,
Trusting with wherever your boat is going,
Deeper and deeper,
Just letting go and just relaxing your body all the way down.
As you continue to relax even more,
You begin to look above,
Admiring the beautiful sky above.
You become aware of the warming sun as it shines down upon your body and it feels so good.
The temperature is exactly the way that you like it.
It feels as if there's a stream of golden sunlight that is just entering in through the top of your head.
And as it does,
It begins to just quiet your mind as you release any unwanted,
Any unwelcome thoughts and you find yourself relaxing even more.
Good.
And now imagining as that soothing energy of the sunlight begins to fall down upon your shoulders,
Sinking deep down,
Melting away any tension,
Any stored stress that maybe you've been holding in your shoulders.
Letting go of any of the worries,
Any of the burdens that you've been carrying around.
As your shoulders dropping and relaxing as that tension just melts away.
And you imagine now the sunlight as it spreads from your shoulders and all the way down your arms.
Just relaxing your arms completely all the way down to your fingertips.
Feeling so peaceful,
Feeling so relaxed.
Going with the current and just going with the flow.
Now that sunlight shines down upon your chest and you notice that you're relaxing more and more with each deep and relaxing breath that you take.
And it feels so good to just let go,
To just relax.
Relaxing more and more with every breath,
More and more with each and every sound of my voice.
And this peaceful relaxing energy now spreads down to your stomach and is moving down your hips.
You are just letting go and allowing that relaxation to spread throughout and relax your entire body.
Because it feels so good to just let go and just relax.
And you notice that sunlight as it now continues to spread down throughout the rest of your body.
Relaxing your legs completely all the way down to the very,
Very bottoms of your feet.
Your entire body now from the very top of your head all the way down to the very bottoms of your feet is feeling so completely and so entirely relaxed.
And you continue to just let go,
To go with the current and go with the flow.
Feeling so peaceful,
Feeling so relaxed.
Good.
And as you continue to drift and flow down the stream,
I will begin to count down from the number 10 all the way down to the number 1.
And as I do with each decreasing number,
Your level of relaxation will double.
Allow that to happen and allow that to happen.

Sinking deeper and deeper relaxed.

Feeling so calm and so peaceful.
Going with the current and going with the flow.

Deeper and even deeper relaxed.

Continuing to just let go and just relax.
And feel so good to just let go and just relax.

You are getting even closer now.

All the way down.
Good.
And now that you are nice and comfortable,
Nice and relaxed,
Your subconscious is able to focus in on all of those things that are so important in your life at this time.
As you continue to allow your conscious mind to be still and quiet,
Your subconscious will remain very,
Very focused on everything that I will be saying.
And you will allow your subconscious to accept,
Absorb,
And act upon all of the positive suggestions that I will be offering,
All of which are for your highest good and your greatest benefit.
And now that you're nice and relaxed,
I would like for you to focus in on your intention,
The intention of feeling completely happy,
Completely at ease,
Completely fulfilled in all aspects of your life.
And you realize now how you are able to achieve this peaceful,
Positive state that you are in right now,
Just by letting go and just by relaxing.
And that this is possible for you to do at any time you want.
Notice how good it feels in your body to feel at ease,
To feel safe,
To feel comfortable,
To feel relaxed.
And do you know that the key to happiness is feeling at ease,
Is experiencing inner peace,
That when you let go of the turmoil,
The need to control,
That you are able to experience this peace and positivity into your life.
And beginning today,
You are open to happiness.
You are accepting of it.
You now allow happiness and joy into your life.
In fact,
You find that it becomes easy for you to be happy.
It is a natural automatic state for you to be in.
And maybe in the past,
There was a challenge.
Perhaps you struggled with happiness in the past because maybe you felt overwhelmed or stressed or maybe even sad,
But you are now allowing yourself to experience inner peace,
An inner peace that allows you to live a life of joy and freedom and bliss.
And do you realize that you truly love being happy,
That you are capable of this happiness.
You are more capable of it than ever before.
In fact,
You now find yourself smiling,
Laughing,
And feeling more playful than ever before.
And it's okay to do these things.
You now allow yourself to experience complete unlimited joy.
You love being joyful.
You love being happy.
You love smiling and do it more than ever before.
And it's so easy for you to be happy because you have so much that you are grateful for.
You have so many wonderful things in your life and you spend so much time acknowledging these things each day.
You are so thankful.
Happiness comes easy to you.
Happiness feels natural.
Happiness comes easy because you are at peace because no matter what happens on the outside or how your environment or circumstances change,
You are always able to feel inner peace and happiness.
You allow yourself to experience this.
Starting today,
You feel resilient.
You feel cool,
Calm,
Collected,
And completely capable of navigating anything that comes your way.
You are open to happiness.
And even when things come up that may feel challenging,
You are able to always handle them.
You are able to still experience peace and safety and positivity.
You feel in control over your emotions and you love being happy.
You choose to feel happy.
Spend some time now thinking about all of the things that make you happy.
It is so easy to reminisce on all of the things that make you feel happy because you think about them all of the time.
Your life feels fulfilling.
You continue to reminisce and spend time feeling appreciative,
Feeling grateful for all of the positive things in your life.
Allow yourself to see these pictures so clearly now.
In fact,
You are thinking less and less about stressful events and worrying thoughts.
Less and less about the negativity that maybe held you back or weighed you down in the past.
And you are thinking more and more about all of these wonderful things that allow you to feel true happiness.
You can call upon this happiness anytime just by letting go,
Just by remembering these things.
Because you are in charge of your emotions and your thoughts,
You choose to remain happy.
You choose your thoughts to feel happy and peaceful to you.
And you allow this to be easy.
And I will be quiet for the next few moments as you continue to focus in on all of the good things,
All of the things that allow you to experience happiness.
Good.
You realize that there are truly so many things that bring you joy.
And that most of all,
You can experience this peace and joy and happiness internally at any time you want.
At any time you want.
You now find yourself smiling,
Laughing more than ever before.
It's so easy to smile and smiling feels natural to you just as an automatic state you are always in.
And because you're human,
There may be moments where you feel are challenging to you,
But that's okay because you are capable and you are resilient.
And you still remember all of the wonderful things you have that make you feel happy inside.
You love laughing and find laughter easy and natural because you now allow yourself to be silly and playful.
You relax easier.
You experience gratitude and ease and peace.
You are now a positive thinker.
It's so easy for you to be a positive thinker because you naturally gravitate towards the good and all the things that you are grateful for.
You love being this optimistic.
It is so easy for you to think positively.
You are capable and strong and resilient and you feel happiness deep down to your core.
Your heart is so happy.
You are proud of the positive changes that you experience.
You feel confident.
You feel capable.
Your future is bright and full and hopeful.
You love waking up each morning so energetic,
So enthusiastic,
Filled to capacity with joy and happiness.
You love starting your day so full of positive energy.
You feel so blessed.
Notice how positive you are now thinking each and every day.
You've made the decision to let go and release all of those things that used to hold you back,
That used to weigh you down.
You've made the decision to be free of worries and fears and anxieties,
To let go of shame,
Inner self-doubt and any other negativity that used to weigh on you.
You are now choosing to accept peace and embrace happiness instead.
And every day in every way you are getting better and better.
You can return to this experience anytime you want.
You will bring your experience with you but you can also return to the boat,
To these positive experiences and joyful memories,
The gratitude and the peace at any time you want day or even while you are sleeping.
And in a moment I will begin to invite you to return from your experience,
Allowing you to feel calm and relaxed,
Peaceful,
Hopeful and positive.
