If you haven't already I invite you to go ahead and create your beautiful cup of cacao however you love to do so just make sure that you intertwine the frequency of unconditional love blended with this beautiful plant medicine. Let's begin by holding our cacao this beautiful sacred plant medicine directly at your heart space and from here we're going to close our eyes and begin to take some nice deep nourishing breaths breathing in the life force energy that is available to you taking a big deep breath in and letting it all go and again a nice deep breath in and letting it all go just landing here now in the stillness in the calm energy that is running through your body. Cacao is a beautiful grounding plant medicine and I'm sure if you are holding her at your heart space right now you already have cultivated a deep relationship with this sacred medicine. I invite you here now in this calm and relaxed state to whisper words of gratitude and unconditional love for this plant medicine staying with the nice deep breaths just allowing your energy all to be here as you open your heart to the gratitude you have for Mama Cacao. As you hold it at your heart space you may begin to notice with the breath your body beginning to move a little from side to side like the serpent you may begin to feel your heart space opening just by holding this plant medicine really taking note of the beautiful aroma rising in through your nostrils as you breathe holding the cacao at your heart allowing it to energetically soften your energy and open you even more.
