Sacred Union Blessings By Mother Mary And Josef

This meditation invites deep relaxation. It was recorded after a self-experienced visit by Mother Mary and Josef. They came to bless the sacred union within, but also an external union between two divine counterparts. The transmission is deeply healing and sacred. It awakens Christ's consciousness and a union between the divine feminine and masculine energies within.

I welcome you to lay down for this meditation.

You can lay down in your bed or on the floor.

Just make sure that you are supported,

Maybe by a pillow under your knees or under your head.

Maybe you also want to pull a blanket over you so you can feel warm and comforted during this meditation.

Imagine this kind mom,

Mother comes to you and tells you to lay down for rest.

She covers you and smiles.

Pay attention to the back side of your body and allow the body to melt into the support underneath.

Imagine this support is the divine mother herself who has now prepared this space for you like a nest.

Imagine you are sinking into her support,

Her nest.

Allow the body to melt.

Let your attention move down to your feet.

Sense into your feet,

Around the bones in the feet and let the muscles and the tissue around the bones melt down towards the floor,

The bed,

The earth.

Sense into your toes and even let the toes soften,

Melt down.

Allow your attention to into your ankles like the attention is warm golden honey melting down from your toes down into your heels and further into your ankles.

Moisturing,

Warming,

Softening substance that invites your ankles to release down into the earth,

Down into the support.

Let that soft silky substance move into your legs,

Around the bones in your lower legs.

At the same time as it moving upwards it invites the tissue and the muscles around the bones to soften and melt down like you're creating space around the bones.

The weight of your legs can sink down towards the earth.

Let your awareness go up to your knees,

Your thighs to sink into the surface beneath.

Allow your legs to be heavy,

Supported,

Held,

Almost like you're leaving the full weight of your legs down into the surface beneath.

So you don't need to hold them anymore.

It's like something bigger takes over,

Like mother earth is holding your legs.

Allow your attention to move upwards to your pelvis,

Around your tailbone,

Into the hips,

The joints in the hips.

Imagine this honey,

This golden warm nurturing honey is filling into your pelvis floor,

Softening the tissue,

Softening the muscles,

Nurturing,

Filling in like a warm delicious substance,

Filling into your lower belly,

The root chakras and sacral chakra.

Imagine it is traveling up your spine as well and on its way it fills into the solar plexus,

The liver and the stomach,

The kidneys,

Before it moves up the spine and fills into the lungs,

Further into the heart,

Into the organ,

The heart organ,

But also into the spiritual heart which is in the same area but in the center of your chest,

The heart chakra.

Imagine this soft warm honey is melting down every wall,

Every protection around your heart.

It's like a sense of vulnerability,

Openness,

Sensitivity,

Love and peace.

Allow the honey to pour down to your neck and fill into your throat as well and down into your shoulders,

Further down your arms,

Lower wrists and into all your fingers and hands,

Softening around the bones in your arms and hands,

Softening the tissue,

Softening the muscles,

Making it possible to release all tension,

Inviting both of the arms to melt down into the surface beneath,

Into mother earth,

Like she's taking over the weight,

Holding the weight of your arms.

Bring your awareness up to your neck again and let the honey melt further into your head,

Back of the head and the area where the spine is ending and the mind is starting,

Into all those nerves,

Nervous system.

Let the honey pour down your spine again,

All the way into your tailbone so your whole spine is filled with this delicious nurturing honey,

Into the shushumna channel,

Into all the chakras at once,

All the way into your mind,

Into your third eye,

Into your forehead and the top of your head.

Imagine this nurturing honey is filling into the mind,

Into the centre of the mind,

The pineal gland.

It's softening the mind from the inside out,

Filling the mind with softness,

Gold,

With tenderness and compassion,

Filling all the way into your ears,

All the way into your face,

The muscles and tissue in your face,

Around the eyes.

Imagine the honey is filling into your eyes and the backside of your eyes and the corners of your eyes,

Softening the skin,

The muscles,

The tissue around your eyes and the eyeballs themselves.

The honey pour down into your lips,

Lips soften,

Become sweet,

Filled with softness.

Bring your awareness inside your mouth and imagine this honey is filling into your tongue,

So the tongue becomes soft and heavy,

It's being laid down in a way,

Spreads out,

Melts inside your mouth.

Also your gum and the area around your teeth and back in your throat can soften,

Spread into your jaw.

You can let your jaw go,

Go down a bit,

There's even a little space between the lips.

Sense into the whole body at once and let the honey fill into every part of you,

Every single cell of your body,

This nurturing motherly golden honey filling into you,

Inviting you to relax,

Inviting you to let go into her.

It's a surrendering,

Letting go of the whole body into the mother earth nest for you,

That she made for you,

Protected in your own swear,

Held by mother earth,

By her presence,

Her love,

Her nurturing nature.

And we will call in mother Mary now and her sacred union,

Joseph.

Imagine mother Mary comes to you and she sits down on your left side,

Feel her presence,

Her motherly nature,

Her love,

Her care.

Imagine your eye gazing on each other,

She's looking into your eyes with the most warmly,

Lovingly expression you can ever imagine.

And allow this to fill into your eyes as well,

Allow her,

Her extremely loving way of looking at you,

Pour into your eyes as well and soften your eyes and also your mind and your emotions and your heart.

It's like she's touching your heart with her grace,

Her love,

Let in her husband,

Her sacred union with the masculine.

Imagine his presence comes in and he sits down on your right side,

Feel him,

The fatherly,

Safe protection.

And he comes in with a kindness and a warm,

Warm presence,

Also so much wisdom.

Also feel how he provides for her,

How he wants to make her safe,

How he loves to nurture her and provide for her and care for her and how easy it is for her,

Mother Mary,

To receive from him,

How safe he feels.

Allow yourself to look into his eyes as well and imagine how he looks at you like he's your father and he looks down on you with the most loving eyes,

The most proud eyes,

He's so proud of what he has created together with mother Mary.

And now imagine how their creation created the Christ consciousness,

The union consciousness,

Yeshua.

And imagine that love,

That frequency of love,

Of their union creating a third energy,

Creating a sun so full of love,

So full of peace and harmony,

Willingness to heal the whole world.

Imagine you are the same,

You are their children and because of their union something comes into union within yourself as well.

Your masculine and your feminine can start to dance together in a peaceful harmony,

Full of Shakti,

Full of Shiva,

Kundalini rising from your tailbone,

From your pelvis all the way up through your spine,

Through the center of your head and above your head.

It's like coming home into balance where the divine feminine and divine masculine creates a union within,

Creates a wholeness,

Creates the most pure frequency of love,

Christ consciousness,

Which is you.

Allow this light,

This love,

Pour from their presence,

From mother Mary,

From Joseph into you,

Into your body.

Imagine how this feminine divine energy pours into the left side of your body,

Into your legs,

Your arms,

Your whole body,

To your mind and then from the right side the masculine divine energy fills into the right side of your body and in the center of your body they meet and they travel together up your spine,

Up your central channel,

Around your central channel like they are dancing together,

Like they are finally coming into balance with each other,

Into harmony with each other.

Allow yourself to receive messages from them,

Maybe they have something to tell you.

Mother Mary puts her hand on your forehead and she says I bless this sacred union,

I bless you my child,

I love you so deeply,

Don't ever ever lose your trust in me.

You can trust our love,

You can trust our presence,

We are always around you,

Your divine mother and father and we are here to support you,

To guide you,

To guide you,

To bring you home to your true essence of who you are,

Your soul,

Your inner union with God.

We are here to support that journey home and we love you my child,

We love you so deeply.

Receive our love,

Open yourself,

Open your cells,

Open your heart,

Open your chakras,

Our sacred union fill into you.

Imagine this light is traveling all the way into your DNA,

Changing your DNA,

Balancing it,

Healing it,

Restoring every piece of you that needs to be healed and restored.

Balancing the feminine and the masculine aspects of your being,

Inviting all of you to come into union with the highest consciousness of all,

The supreme consciousness.

Now towards the end of this transmission,

Allow yourself to just rest and watch,

Watch your mind,

Watch what comes up to the surface,

What comes up in your emotional body,

Your energy body,

Consciousness body and just trust that you are traveling through all of this towards the bliss body.
