In this meditation, you will be invited to make a deep connection with mother earth, just by resting and breathing. You will be guided into a deep healing relaxation, and together we will pray for mother earth to heal herself. It ends with mantra music, a song by Satu Tuomela, voice by Tania Morbech and beautiful music by Pablo Arellano. The song is for you to connect and become one with the divine feminine and her manifestation in mother earth, and so in you.

Transcript

In this meditation I invite you to lay down and rest so that you can feel the connection between you and the surface you are resting upon.

In that way you can sense the support from Mother Earth herself.

So you may use all the time you need to find a comfortable position.

Perhaps put a pillow underneath your knees,

Your head and cover yourself with a blanket.

When you have found your position you can start to pay attention to the contact between you and the Earth.

How do you sense this contact?

Do you sense it in your skin?

Can you feel the contact in your muscles?

And where can you feel contact the most?

And through this contact I invite you to let go of your body so you don't have to hold it anymore.

It's more like the support underneath takes over.

What happens if you let go of your jaw and all the muscles around your eyes?

And perhaps let your skin and muscles in the face melt down.

Soften your lips and your tongue and inside your mouth.

Let your head yield down into the support.

Like you are laying the head down.

You don't have to hold your head anymore.

And see if that letting go of the head can melt down your shoulders as well.

And your arms.

And then you can let go of your fingers.

And let the Earth hold your arms.

Like your arms were something you could just put down,

Leave down.

And let your attention go to the shoulder blades.

Can you sense the contact between your shoulder blades and the Earth?

Maybe you can even sense the breath here.

And if you wish let your next out-breath be the invitation to your shoulder blades to melt down.

Then let your attention wander down your spine.

And let your spine rest like you could let go of the spine.

Like every muscle and tissue around the spine could let go.

Give her space.

And how does your hip feel in the connection with the Earth?

Are you still holding your hip?

Is it possible to let your hip go?

Let it melt down into the surface beneath.

And now pay your attention to your legs.

Your thigh.

You can even let go of the bones in your thighs.

Like the tissue and muscles around the bones.

Let go.

Melt down.

Into the support.

Feel your knees and your lower legs.

And see if you can sense where the bones in your lower legs are.

And then let go of the tissue and the muscles around the bones.

Let the lower legs melt down into Mother Earth.

Just as she is there and holds your legs.

Now sense your heels in contact with the Earth.

See if this contact can be even more sensed in a way.

And through this contact your feet can melt down as well.

Like the whole foot can soften and release.

Or you can even soften the tissue and muscles around the bones in your feet.

Now I invite you to feel the whole body and let go of her.

Let her sink down to the Earth.

Now I invite you to pay attention to your breath.

Notice the rising and flowing of the breath.

You don't have to change anything,

Just sense how the breath feels in your body today.

Right now.

And what happens if you invite the breath a little deeper down to your belly without forcing?

Just very gently inviting the breath to your belly.

And maybe your out-breath can sometimes go out of an open mouth.

Or a silent sigh or a yawn comes in.

And while you are breathing in this way,

Your own way.

I invite you to pay attention to the contact between you and the Earth while you are breathing.

Perhaps you can sense that the contact is always changing.

Changing with the inhale.

And changing with the exhale.

It's like a constant change.

It's like the ocean.

Waves coming in and going out.

Can you imagine how the trees,

The nature,

Is kind of inhaling when you are exhaling,

Cleansing your breath and making clean air so you can inhale the freshness of the Earth.

It's like you and the Earth is breathing together in synchronicity.

That's how we connect.

That's how we connect.

Can you perhaps feel grateful for this exchange,

This connection?

Between the physical body and the Earth?

Now that you are one.

And what happens if you let your skin and the pores in your skin open for this connection?

So that the love and light from the Earth itself can pour into your skin,

Into your body?

And what happens if you open up every cell in your body for this love?

Using this substance of air and light and love,

Fill every cell of your body,

Every cell in your muscles,

Your tissue,

Your bones.

Fill every cell in your organs,

Your lungs and heart.

Fill every cell in your head and mind,

Your brain.

May you be filled with this unconditional love.

May you rest in this knowing that Mother Earth is here to support you.

And now let's pray together for the Mother Earth to heal herself.

May you be healed.

And let us manifest a new beginning,

A new way of life.

Where we,

The humankind,

Start to live in peace and harmony again with the Earth.

In the last 4 minutes let yourself become one with this lullaby,

The victory of Ma.

Let her manifest through your body,
