I love this meditation for empowerment and calm. This is generally a sitting meditation and best carried out in a fairly upright chair and can take 20 to 30 minutes. It can lead to a wonderful sense of strength. You can use your imagination and enjoy seeing beautiful nature. Please set your own alarm to finish if you wish to practice for longer than 20 minutes. The recording runs for 15 minutes and then there are 5 minutes of silence. I recommend setting your timer for 20 minutes.
