This is a short I Am meditation which will help,
It's very empowering and it will help shift your energy when you're feeling flat.
You can listen to this as a guided meditation and it's also powerful saying these I Am statements out loud while looking at yourself in the mirror.
Now I'd like you to sit comfortably and take a few breaths into your heart.
You may like to notice if you can feel your own heart beating.
And now you can say after me I am strong.
I am resourceful.
I am resilient.
I am focused.
I am grounded,
And centered,
And calm.
I am worthy.
I am healing.
I am powerful.
I am confident.
I am creative.
I am loved.
I am loving.
I am lovable.
I am enough.
I am healthy,
Wealthy,
And wise.
I am abundant.
I am prosperous.
I am productive.
I am disciplined.
I am free.
I am joyful.
I am courageous.
I am generous.
I am respecting myself.
I am whole.
I am fully self-expressed.
I am fulfilled.
I am truth.
I am light.
I am bliss.
I am divine.
Just sit for a few moments and notice how you feel.
Feel the sensations in your body.
Notice the shift in energy.
And when you're ready,
