Another self-care tip I have for you is about your self-talk and to bring some awareness to your self-talk.
Are you noticing your self-talk?
When you start to notice your self-talk,
You'll notice that there's a lot of negative self-chatter.
So when you catch your negative self-chatter,
Say to yourself in that moment,
The moment you catch yourself,
Delete,
Delete,
Delete,
Or cancel,
Cancel,
Cancel,
Or any other word that you respond to in your own way.
And then flip the script.
Say the opposite to yourself in a positive statement to yourself.
The next thing you could decide to do is maybe challenge yourself for three days,
Five days,
Or seven days to do this.
And always noticing when your self-talk comes up.
It's just bringing awareness to your self-talk.
It is time to flip the script and become more aware of the negative self-chatter.
