When the day feels heavy and the mind won’t quiet, Scripture offers us a gentle promise of peace. This short, faith-centered sleep meditation is inspired by Isaiah 26:3: “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” As you listen, you are invited to slow your breathing, release the worries of the day, and rest in God’s steady presence. There is no effort required — only a willingness to let go. This meditation is suitable for bedtime, nighttime anxiety, or moments when you need calm reassurance rooted in faith. Take a moment to settle into a position of comfort.

Allow your body to rest without effort.

There is nothing you need to accomplish right now.

Begin by taking a slow breath in and gently releasing it.

Again,

Breathing in calm,

Breathing out the day.

Scripture offers this promise.

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they lay trust in you.

Let those words sink in slowly.

Perfect peace.

Not because everything is finished,

But because God is faithful.

If your mind feels busy,

That's okay.

Simply notice your thoughts and slow them to pass.

There is no need to hold on to the day any longer.

As you breathe,

Imagine setting aside whatever feels heavy,

The conversations you keep replaying,

The worries about tomorrow,

The things you cannot change tonight.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Let your jaw relax.

Let your breathing slow.

God is present even as we rest.

He watches through the night.

You are safe to let go.

Return again to the words.

You will keep in perfect peace.

Let your body respond to the promise now.

Heavier,

More at ease.

As the music continues,

Allow your breathing to become natural and unforced.

If sleep comes,

Welcome it.

You are held.

You are cared for.

You may rest now.
