It is often the most difficult thing to do. To surrender and release all expectations of outcomes in our lives. Ultimately, we know that desires and dreams are good to have! But to dwell on the lack, or the delay in reaching these is to have unmet expectations of outcomes. This can lead to loss of hope, sadness and even despair. In the waiting is where the magic happens! Sometimes our dreams come to us when we least expect them, and it is also said that things unfold when we do not force or strive. Enjoy this moment, as it is! Take a deep breath in through your nose and a calming grounding exhale through the nose as well.

Bring yourself to this present moment.

Allowing the breath to flow.

Finding a natural rhythm that works for you.

Knowing that this moment is perfect.

You are perfect.

Right here and right now.

The next few moments you will be encouraged to be and to sit with breath.

There is no other place for you to be.

Nothing else for you to do.

This is the practice of present moment awareness.

The practice of noticing that everything in this moment is perfect.

The practice of releasing expectations.

And releasing any expectations to specific outcomes.

Knowing that you are divinely guided.

Trust takes patience.

And we need a great deal of trust in this earthly plane to keep going forward.

But you are enough just as you are.

This practice of present moment awareness and grounding is all you need.

Because the more grounded you are,

The more your light can shine.

And the more positive effect you can have on the rest of your day.

As you come into contact with other human beings.

Your groundedness,

Your awareness and your enoughness will trickle through.

It will have a ripple effect onto others.

And that is where the magic happens.

Even though you may have many dreams and goals and possibly other uncertainties as well.

Just know that you don't need to know every step of the way.

Starting from this moment,

The intention has already been set in motion.

Whatever you may be feeling at this time.

Allow yourself to be here with it.

Breathing through.

Noticing how you feel.

Allowing the breath to pass through the body.

And to bring you to a calmer state.

A state of being.

And a state of knowing that you are right on time.

Releasing expectation to outcome is one of the hardest things we must do in order to stay on our path with a clear mind and clear intentions.

Without striving.

Without forcing.

Not always knowing every step of the way.

The next few moments will be a silent reflection for you.

Be still.

Focus on your breath.

And know that this is enough.
