Welcome to the Clarity of Purpose Meditation.
This guided meditation is designed to bring you into a peaceful state where you allow your mind to receive clear guidance from your higher self about what your true purpose is and how to nurture its fulfillment in your life.
In A Course in Miracles we are told that fulfilling our function and achieving our happiness are one and the same.
That God being love gives us only happiness and that He has given our function to us.
Therefore our function must be happiness.
Happiness is our highest goal.
Once we realize on a deeper level that all we want is to be happy,
We begin to pave the way by letting go of anything that does not serve this purpose.
Take some time to go deeper into your willingness to be happy.
Now find a comfortable position where your body does not require any attention.
Close your eyes and relax.
Let go of any tension in your body and mind.
Release the muscles in your face,
Your neck and shoulders.
Let go of the tension in your arms and hands.
Feel your chest and stomach softening.
Inhale this warm wave of relaxation to continue all the way down to the tip of your toes.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
With each breath you take allow your mind to be filled with peace.
Let go of any thoughts that may arise.
Let your mind be focused on your breathing and embrace peace.
Peace brings you deeper into inner awareness.
Connect with your inner wisdom.
Put your inner wisdom in charge of this meditative exercise.
Now repeat with me.
God being love gives me only happiness.
He has given my function to me.
Therefore my function must be happiness.
Rest in gratitude in the certainty that God's will for you is perfect happiness.
Now imagine your higher self next to you,
Inviting you to walk down a path that brings you deeper into inner awareness and happiness.
In trusting your higher self,
A deep sense of peace fills you.
Allow this peace to overflow and feel yourself expanding.
You feel safe.
You are now ready to walk into a gentle forest.
With the help of your higher self,
You walk easily with each step feeling lighter and lighter.
You hear the sound of water falling.
Your higher self invites you to follow this sound.
Your peace becomes lively with anticipation and excitement.
It feels as if you are flying gently between the trees.
You notice a golden glow around the edges.
The forest is getting brighter.
You must be coming to a clearing.
It feels very energizing and full of life.
You can sense the magnificence of the waterfall you are about to witness.
A last set of trees suddenly unveils a majestic cascade of pure crystal clear water falling with complete freedom.
Radiant and refreshing,
Caressing you with its gentle mist.
Breathe in deeply and allow the energy from this vibrant place to soothe your whole being.
Keep breathing gently and deeply.
Water is a precious element essential to the survival of all forms of life known to this planet.
Water makes possible the transportation of oxygen and nutrients to every cell in your body.
Water hydrates and cleanses us.
In many ideologies,
Water plays an important role in purification,
Cleansing and renewal.
Connect to the water.
With a deep sense of reverence,
Emerge yourself and allow this pristine crystal clear water to cleanse and purify your whole being.
Allow its clarity to fill you with purpose.
Tune yourself internally and listen to the message that it has for you.
Now wander for blessings on earth and reveal the true power of your túr Grey Fair Lyte.
Now notice the light emanating from behind the waterfall,
Projecting through the water a beautiful rainbow.
The seven sparkly rays of color in front of you appear to be different in form,
Yet they are all light in essence.
You feel drawn to the source of all this light.
You follow the rainbow into the cascade.
As the light embraces you,
A deep sense of well-being envelops you.
You feel more and more energized.
You are now entering the great field of endless possibilities,
The core of the creative power of all that is.
Allow yourself to fuse with this great light and become one.
Keep breathing gently and deeply.
Now join with me in this prayer.
Father listen to my prayer.
Let me remember and express my true self.
Show me clearly that which you have sent me here to do.
That which involves the expression of my gifts and skills.
That which is a gift of joy to me and everyone else.
Father,
Just like you created water with a clear purpose that blesses all,
I know you have also given me a clear purpose that blesses all.
Show me my purpose with complete clarity.
Your will be done.
Thank you.

Our Father gave us a purpose from the moment He created us.
He imprinted this purpose within us as a seed in the middle of our hearts.
This seed contains in itself all that is needed for its fruition and complete realization.
Now imagine this beautiful glowing seed in the middle of your heart.
See yourself watering it with pure crystal clear water.
Visualize your seed sprouting.
Observe how easily it grows.
Water it some more.
Nurture it.
Ask the Supreme Creator of all that is to bless it with fulfillment and prosperity.
And trust that the universe will do the rest.
Now rest in the feelings of certainty and gratitude,
Allowing them to bless and renew your whole life.
When you feel ready,
Gently return.
You have been reborn.
Go and experience all things new.
Encounter your destiny.
Entertain no fear and print your presence as a blessing to all.
