Hello,

This is A Lafay of Sylvanosity,

Inviting you to rest with me,

To center yourself.

Feel your head attached to your body.

Notice your limbs and the weight they hold now.

Imagine them becoming lighter.

Imagine you becoming stiller,

More quiet,

More rested.

Allow your breath to go deep and to release freely.

As you do,

Imagine the worries and weights of your day becoming bubbles that float away to pop in the distance.

If there is something that is concerning you,

Let it go.

Blow it into a bubble and imagine it floating away to pop in the distance.

Allow your mind to still.

And when it wants to wander away,

Bring it back to imagine something still and quiet and beautiful.

A drop of rain on a petal.

A flower opening to the sun.

Rain as it falls on a soft mossy forest floor.

Let your breath go light.

Let your body relax into itself.

Lie back and imagine yourself floating on a stream of your own thoughts.

These thoughts are soft,

Gentle,

Flowing,

Free to move about and ferry you off into sleep.

If you find yourself unwilling to go where these thoughts carry you,

Then imagine a new stream,

Another journey to lead you on.

To become light,

Airy and oh so sleepy.

Your thoughts flow freely and think of beauty and rest and calm.

Close your eyes,

Feel your breaths become light,

Feel your body floating.

Good night.
