Colorblind

Poem extrapolating on a what-if! What if humans could only see in black and white!! We would not know what we would be missing. So why not pretend we can only see our world in black and white for a moment and suddenly realize it is not the case! And at that moment we should deeply realize the privilege we have to be surrounded by colors and that we are able to see them so let's embrace this privilege! Because what if!!

What if rainbows,

Only one color,

No classic song,

No vangos,

The world would be duller?

What if every flower was kind of grey?

No bouquet,

No splendor,

No painting from Monet.

What if all the birds were colorless?

There would be no words for happiness.
