Meditate with me for the next minute.

Sit comfortably,

Take a deep breath and let it go.

Now resolve for the next 60 seconds to let go of everything.

This is a time for peace and reflection.

Nothing else matters.

Bring your attention to the sensations of the breath,

Noticing each breath with as much detail as you can,

Expanding the awareness into the body,

Feeling sensations,

Air on skin,

Tingling pressure,

Feeling the body as a whole,

A singular feel of sensation,

Letting the awareness expand even further,

Noticing sounds around you.

Let everything appear in the space of awareness.

Just notice.
