Move through the pelvis and into the torso.
Envision the rising of this river over the crown of the head.
Cascading down the spine,
Through the legs,
And down into the earth.
This mighty river of energy flows through you.
With your mind's eye,
Envision this fluid flow of energy traveling from the soles of your feet,
Up the inside of the legs,
Past the pelvis,
Up the torso,
To the eyes.
Moving past the forehead,
Over the crown,
Down the neck,
And back.
Past the pelvis,
Down the back of the legs,
To your feet.
Exhale and allow the breath to feed and propel this blue,
Fluid energy.
See this river flowing through the body.
