Greetings,
We are the Arcturians.
We are with you in this now to assist you to remember how to flow into your Theta Wave Meditations.
Now before you begin your Theta Wave Meditation,
Create a picture in your mind's eye that represents something that brings you joy,
Love,
And purpose.
And pretend that picture is a photograph.
Pin that picture right on the inside of your third eye.
Now as you begin the Theta Wave Meditation,
Breathe in and out through your nose.
And when you first inhale,
Sniff up like you would smell a flower,
But extend that inhale.
And now slowly exhale through your nose while you feel your breath moving across the roof of your mouth.
Concentrate on that sound as you exhale.
Imagine that your exhale is going out through that picture in the center of your third eye.
Next imagine that you are inhaling in through your heart chakra and exhaling out through your third eye.
And repeat,
Inhaling from your heart chakra,
Exhaling through your third eye until you feel completely grounded.
When you are ready,
Imagine that you are inhaling through your crown chakra and exhaling through your third eye.
Now remember with each of your exhales through your third eye,
Visualize that picture that you have placed.
That picture represents the state of consciousness in which you can best merge with your highest expressions with self and simultaneously merge with the very core of beloved Gaya.
We ask you now to focus only on the sound of the inhale and the exhale as well as any of your visions that you are perceiving on the inside of your third eye.
So as you inhale and exhale,
These images may change,
They may evolve,
They may get stronger and that which perhaps you only see then you may begin to also feel and as you also feel you begin to also hear.
So these inner visions begin to take on a reality which of course they are.
They are the fifth dimensional reality.
We ask that you passively observe your thoughts as all these pictures and stimuli moves across your mind and then release them with the next exhale.
Release them through your breath out into your reality.
Calmly allow all emotions that you are feeling within this now to come into your awareness and then release them.
Send them out with your next exhale.
Focus only on the sound of your breath and your inner visions now.
Hear your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Feel your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Know the power of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
As you continue to focus on your breath simultaneously,
Focus on your inner visions.
Feel your inner visions.
See your inner visions.
Hear your inner visions.
Allow these inner visions to gradually evolve and to alter.
If you are having any extraneous thoughts,
Place them into the background of your mind while you place your full attention on your inner visions.
Hold these inner visions in your high heart.
Hold these inner visions in your multidimensional mind.
Remember these inner visions and breathe them out into your everyday reality.
Feel.
Know.
Remember.
Hear.
How you are creating your reality from within your highest frequency of your inner self and with the power of the life force of your breath.
And then breathing them out into your world.
We suggest that you repeat this exercise for at least five or ten minutes.
