This meditation came to me just when i needed it. It just clicked. The tone as some have mentioned is less “floaty” but this person knows what they are doing. If your first chakra needs cleared, a loving yet passionat pep talk is what is needed. Tough love from Gaia 💕

I liked this. Some people may not believe but I do. I feel my self connected to the earth and the other versions of me. For advice on how to record your next meditation. Talk slower breath between sentences, have an intro (something about getting relaxed or breathing connecting to yourself). I gave you 5 for effort. I hope you read this. Sending love!
