Meditation for motivation and positive mindset.
Welcome to this meditation for motivation and inspiration.
Many associate meditation with relaxation and stress relief,
Which is absolutely true.
But meditation offers so much more than this.
It offers us an opportunity to tune in to our soul,
To connect more deeply than just our thoughts,
To move behind those thoughts and create something truly magical.
So let's begin.
So let's begin this journey to inspiration,
Motivation and positivity.
Finding yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down.
With your spine straight,
Legs uncrossed,
Arms resting gently by your sides or in your lap,
Feeling fully supported,
Feeling strong,
Aware and conscious.
Allowing your eyes to gently close,
Connecting with the breath,
The life force energy that travels in through the nose,
Filling your chest and body.
And as you exhale,
Just releasing stagnant energy from the body,
Feeling alive,
Vibrant,
Alert.
Using the breath as a tool to fill you with energy,
To fill you with life.
With every breath allowing each cell to vibrate,
To receive exactly what it needs and what you need.
I want you to begin to visualize this breath,
To see this breath travel in a vibrant light that travels in through your nose and down your throat,
Into the chest.
Visualizing that vibrant light traveling in down through the ribs,
Your stomach.
With every breath traveling deeper into your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
Through your feet,
All the way to your toes.
Allow this light to travel.
Allow this light,
Your breath,
To begin to raise your vibration,
To allow you to make a change to your state.
With every breath feeling stronger,
More confident,
Clearer.
Feel this life force energy begin to build within your body,
Bringing awareness now to your thoughts.
And are these thoughts serving you?
Are they supporting you or holding you back?
Thinking about how you're feeling emotionally?
Are there areas that you're numbing,
That you're stifling or preventing yourself from experiencing?
Because this can prevent you from leading and being your most vibrant,
Positive self.
So bringing to mind any thoughts and emotions that are holding you back,
And just breathing into that space.
Breathing and acknowledging that emotion.
Saying,
I see you.
I hear you.
I feel you.
Allowing ourselves to experience emotion does not make us weak.
It makes us strong.
It allows us to move forward with our lives in a positive and confident and empowered way.
Now that you have witnessed this emotion,
Ask what you can learn from this experience.
What is this thought or emotion trying to teach me?
Because being in control and aware of our thoughts is powerful.
When we allow this emotion to be seen and witnessed,
We remove its power.
We create space for positivity and joy and confidence.
We allow ourselves to create a mindset that supports.
I want you now to think about all the things that motivate you.
The things that inspire you.
The things that ignite that passion and joy.
That energize and courage and delight.
Because you deserve joy.
Because you deserve to live a life that is positive.
And how do we do this?
First in our mind.
We create an image.
We connect with the visualization.
We tap into the emotion,
The joy,
The passion.
We surround ourselves with beauty.
With people who light us up.
People who energize.
We connect with a vibration.
The vibration that we wish to live our life at.
We create an environment that supports our highest self.
We create an environment that supports us body,
Mind and soul.
Breathing deep.
Feeling that energy and light increase with every breath.
We make loving and nourishing choices.
We make daily rituals and practices that allow us to step fully into a vibration of gratitude.
A frequency of love and energy where we feel motivated and positive.
Are you ready?
Again,
Breathing in that vibrant light,
You are incredible.
You are capable of more than you can ever imagine.
Use that breath.
Fill your body with energy and light.
Let's focus on a mindset of openness,
Of opportunity.
Of seeking solutions,
Not problems.
Of focusing on strengths,
Not weaknesses.
Of celebrating our success and learning from our failures because we create our mindset.
I want you now to take a moment to visualize yourself free from negativity.
Free from restraint.
When your mind is positive and you feel energized and motivated,
What can you achieve?
Beginning to visualize yourself in this most motivated,
Positive vibration.
See how you look.
What actions are you taking?
What does this most positive,
Motivated mindset create?
How different will your life be when you embrace positivity?
Because we are like magnets attracting what we put out.
So let's repeat together these affirmations,
Silently or out loud,
To create your most magnificent,
Motivated and positive mindset.
So repeat after me.
I release doubt and focus on positivity.
I am creating the life I desire.
I choose to be happy.
My possibilities and opportunities are endless.
My life is full of abundance and happiness.
I approach my day with passion and purpose.
My potential to succeed is infinite.
I can do this.
I am a magnet for positivity.
My mind is full of positive thoughts.
I radiate love and joy.
You are incredible.
You are one of a kind.
Again,
Breathing deeply.
Visualize yourself noticing how you feel when we change our thoughts.
Because when we change our thoughts,
We change our life and positivity is available.
So today I ask you to look for the positive.
Look to those that are helping and lighting up your life.
Look at nature,
Look at art and books.
Tap into those things that inspire and motivate.
Because when we are connected to what we love,
We can't help but be motivated.
We generate our own motivation.
Be a generator.
Breathe deeply now,
Breathing in.
And sigh out the old,
The stale.
Breathing deep.
Exhaling again.
With your next breath,
I want you to draw in that light and strength and hold and pause the breath for a moment.
And exhale through your nose.
Allowing that energy,
The light to settle within your body.
To provide you with the positivity,
Strength and inspiration you need.
Again,
Breathing in.
Pausing.
Allowing that breath to move fluidly through the body before releasing.
We're going to slowly guide ourselves back.
Allowing ourselves the opportunity to feel more alert.
I want you to smile as you breathe.
Smile as you become more aware of the weight of your body.
Smile as you have this opportunity to create,
To succeed,
To have fun.
Smile as you wriggle those fingers and toes.
Smile that you have this gift of a day to embrace.
When you feel ready,
Opening your eyes,
Stretching,
Moving,
Getting ready to make the choices that support you.
