And I'm going to go ahead and lead you on a sound healing and a meditation.
So start by taking a long,

Squeezing your pelvic floor as you do this and connecting with your full body and just release it out with a sigh or however you're feeling you want to release.
And then on your next breath,
Drawing deeply from your nose,
Connecting your breath to your forehead,
Your throat,
Your heart.
And release it through the floor.
Just let it go.
Another long,
Deep inhalation through your nose.
Imagine the breath coming in from the top of your head,
Pausing at your throat,
Your heart,
And release it through the ground.
And on your next inhalation,
Imagine your breath now drawing in through the ground beneath you.
Drawing your breath through your pelvic floor,
Pausing at your heart,
Your throat,
Your forehead,
And release.
Drawing in another long,
Deep inhalation.
And with each breath,
Allow your belly to fill like a big Buddha belly.
Drawing your breath in deeply,
Slowly,
And allowing your breath to release through the ground.
And with each breath,
Allow your belly to fill like a big Buddha belly.
And if any sensations come up for you as I'm playing the sound bowls,
I want to invite you to take a long,
Deep breath into the space that is ignited by the sound bowls.
Drawing your breath to this space allows you to connect your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit.

Imagine the ground beneath you,

The feeling of being held you feel warmth and comfort.
You feel a sense of relief as you let go and allow yourself to be held in this moment in time.
