Start by taking a long deep inhalation through your nose,
Squeezing the muscles in your pelvic floor as you breathe in and release.
Another long deep inhalation through your nose,
Drawing your breath in from the top of your head,
Pausing at your throat,
Your heart,
Squeezing those muscles again in your pelvic floor as you release your breath to the ground.
And as you draw your breath in,
We want to bring your energy further and deeper down into your pelvic floor,
Allowing the energy from the top part of our body to settle into the ground.
And we do this by connecting our breath,
Allowing it to pause through our body as we breathe in deeply and we release any tension we're holding onto as we let go.
And on your next inhalation,
I want you to imagine your breath drawing in from the ground beneath you,
Pausing in your pelvic floor,
Your sacral muscles in your core,
Your heart,
Your throat,
And release it through the top of your head.
With each breath,
We settle in a little bit deeper into our seat,
Releasing any tension we're holding onto in our forehead,
Our back and shoulders,
Our hands,
Our arms,
Gently releasing with each breath that we take in,
We let go further and deeper,
Allowing the ground to support you fully,
To embrace you and to hold you.
And we're going to spend some time imagining the ground beneath us supporting us and holding us as we call our energy back into our body,
Back into our core and our pelvic floor,
Our lower muscles.
Allowing any external distractions or sounds or noises to be a part of this meditation,
As we listen closely and the sound will support us and they create this sacred space for us,
A container to be held in,
In this moment in time.
Allowing our mind to stay in this moment,
Focusing on the beautiful tones of the crystal bowls.
And if any sensations come up for you,
I want to invite you at this time to breathe deeply into the space that is ignited by the sound bowls,
Allowing your breath to support you,
We connect our mind and body and spirit.
The ground fully supporting us at this time,
Holding us as we rest deeper and deeper.
The earth's energy strong,
Feeling its magnetic hold upon us.
As we are held by the earth supported,
I want to invite you to open your hearts at this time,
Bringing your breath and awareness into your heart space.
As we send extra love,
Support,
Into our heart,
As we head into the day with loving intentions of kindness,
Creativity and focus.
And with each breath,
We create more space in our hearts for opportunity for growth,
To draw upon the inspiration of our own passions and creativity.
And we hold space for this in our heart at this time.
Connecting with the frequency of love and joy.
Surrendering to the flow of the day,
Trusting in its push and its pull.
The challenges we face ahead,
An opportunity for growth,
Opportunity for change.
Building a stronger and stronger with each step that we take,
With each breath that we give.
Allowing this moment of self-care that we've given to ourselves,
To prepare us even better for today.
Connecting to the power this moment brings to us.
So as we connect with the present moment,
The present moment leading us to the future moments.
And the power of now,
This moment,
It's in your breath and it's within you.
As this moment helps to refocus and repattern,
Reset.
Setting the mood for the next moments that lay ahead.
So so so.
Trusting in the flow of the moment for all that lays ahead.
So so.
So taking a long deep breath,
Bringing our awareness back into our body at this time.
As we ease back into our day gently with a new awareness of our heart center and the ground that supports us.
