Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Susan DeVriend.
I am an intuitive coach that empowers highly sensitive wellness practitioners,
Healers and coaches to weave their own intuitive senses into the framework of their businesses.
Today I'll be taking you through a guided meditation where we anchor into the affirmation,
I deserve more.
Before we start,
If you haven't already,
Please find a place that you will be undisturbed,
That is quiet and comfortable.
You may want to lay down or sit for this meditation.
Just make sure that you are completely comfortable.
So this may mean you need to pause to make that happen.
And so we are now ready to begin this guided meditation.
Focus in now to your breath.
Feel the quality of it.
Is it slow or is it fast?
Are you breathing deeply or shallow?
See if you can be more mindful of your breath.
Maybe it needs to slow down so you can feel more relaxed.
Or maybe the tempo of it is just as it should be.
Breathing in and out in your own way.
And now let's drop more deeply in and focus in to the bottom of our feet.
Whether you're sitting or lying down,
When you draw your attention here,
You may feel that the bottom of your feet get activated with sensations.
And this is perfectly normal.
And while you're here focusing in to the bottom of your feet,
I want you to visualize a beautiful light that is traveling from the center of the earth all the way up to meet your feet.
And this light is warm and nurturing as it's the light of Mother Earth.
You can feel it at the bottom of your feet.
It might be warm there now.
Invite this light to travel into your body,
Allowing this light to fill every inch of your entire body.
Watch how it travels up through your legs,
Into your torso,
Growing now into your arms and hands,
Reaching into your throat,
Your face and your head,
Filling every spot in your body till you're completely enmeshed with this light and submerged in it.
Take notice of how your whole body is feeling.
You might feel like some vibrations.
You may feel comfortable and comforted.
You may feel held and secure.
This light of Mother Earth is here to ground us on planet Earth and to help us in this guided meditation where we will be anchoring in the affirmation,
I deserve more.
When we think about deserving,
I'd like to invite you to think of this word as a permission.
I deserve to give myself more of whatever you want.
I deserve more joy.
I deserve more peace.
I deserve more rest.
I deserve more love.
I deserve more abundance.
I deserve more.
It is okay to want more.
More is a part of our higher selves expanding out,
Reaching to all corners of the universe.
That is more.
It's an expression of your higher,
Greater self.
It is natural to want more.
If thoughts should arrive such as,
That is greedy,
I don't deserve this,
I'm not worthy,
Or good enough,
Let them float up and remind these thoughts that that's not who you are,
And that these were messages that were downloaded at different stages of your life,
Through different experiences,
Caregivers,
Well-intended people helping you through your life.
But these messages and thoughts are not true.
The truth of who you are is that you are part of all,
Source of all.
You are a part of the universe,
Fully capable,
Abundant,
And whole.
Give these thoughts their moment.
Tell them you love them for trying to protect you,
And let them go.
And as you watch them go,
Send the love with them.
And now for the next couple of minutes,
I'm going to give you the space to anchor in to the affirmation,
I deserve more because I am me.
And now that this powerful affirmation has been downloaded and anchored into your body,
I'd like you to return to this space,
This time,
And this moment now,
By taking a few more breaths,
And listening to my voice as I call you back in with a count of five.
Five,
Become conscious in your body where you are,
On your bed,
On the floor,
Or on the chair.
Four,
Focus in on your hands and fingers.
You may want to wiggle them as a sign of your awareness.
Three,
Start to focus in on your breath,
Breathing in and out,
Paying attention to the tempo it's already in.
Two,
You may want to sway back and forth your entire body,
Or other parts of your body,
Like your head or your feet.
And now one,
Open your eyes,
Arrive to this moment,
And know that you deserve more.
