Bring your attention to the space behind your forehead.

Sense a smooth openness there,

As if your mind is clearing and brightening.

Thoughts line up naturally.

Focus gathers in one quiet place.

Let the breath guide your attention.

Each inhale invites presence.

Each exhale creates spaciousness inside the mind.

Say gently to yourself,

I am here.

I am focused.

I am steady.

Imagine the day ahead as a clean,

Open path.

You step into it with purpose.

Each movement has intention.
